what made her do that

It's kind of hard to imagine how anyone is going to go against the plans of a guy who literally has seen the future. Anything you do is basically foreseen. So even if she disobeyed that's pretty much what he wants. And I think she kind of knew that the Keyblade war was inevitable and that she thought doing what wasnt asked of her could somehow prevent it.
