Just watched the official ending, a few things on my mind before i go to sleep :
- We saw Strelitzia's heart flew away when she died, much like Player, so she might have "reincarnated"
- Luxu did not know about her fate, so she can't be the True Dandelion
- By elimination, there is nobody left to be this True Dandelion so it's an unknown/seemingly unimportant character
- Ephemer effectively didn't travel like the others like most people guessed, pod failed to launch because of the rubbles i presume
- And the most important, if Luxu did possess Brain, how did Brain end up travelling to a future Scala ? Is it really Luxu we see in KG or could it be Brain who somehow herited No Name AND the Box ?

1). Only people's hearts who are going to sleep can reincarnate, as far as we know. If they choose to sleep, they will sleep; if they choose to not sleep, then they have the choice to reincarnate.

the way luxu walks up to brain saying it's a shame he only has 1 lifetime made it sound to me like he was about to make some sort of deal with him to "give him more time" by vessel sharing or some weird shit lol

Also, the way how Brain acts in Scala kind of goes against the idea that he was the one who was at the KG. And Sigurd (hey, just realized we got confirmation for his name) said that it was planned that Brain would escape the destruction of Daybreak Town and then arrive in Scala in the future. From this, it doesn't seem like Brain remained in the KG or wherever, but went to the future immediately after his conversation with Luxu.

Ha yes I forgot, the whole "decided" thing means they have a Book of Prophecies in Scala
