Usually the non-main numbered titles have the remixes of Simple and Clean. The main titles have a new track. The better question is will Utada still be part of KH4

Why wouldn't they? Is there something actually telling towards Utada not being involved?

There was uncertainty with KH3 since Utada was in a dispute with Disney over paid for KH1 and KH2. It's actually one of the reasons why the misic is reused for the non-numbers. We didn't get full conformation of her involvement until 2017.
