but seems like if it doesn't further the plot meaningfully in some way or lore dump we don't get to see it in a cutscene

which I get why devs do that, cutscenes are time consuming etc

but would it kill them to just have a few scenes of characters bonding here and there without lore dumps involved

KHIV will probably release next year. So ML will be coming this year. It still would have been nice to see something else. This information dread is really tiresome.
Make at least updates for all current KH games for the next generation of consoles or something.

Hear me out on this. I have a few ways they could've easily improved the story in KH Melody of Memories without changing much.

1. Make Kairis remark on the events of each story

Every recap should've been from Kairis perspective not just a simple retelling of events from each game
