Anyone else notice in Kingdom Hearts 2 there was a certain ambiant echo effect added to scenes in enclosed spaces. It was actually pretty cool, and I thought it was a nice touch

Space Paranoids has really cool ambient noise like footsteps having loud echoes.

oh good someone else noticed the sound design comment I made

I mean if you go through our conversation just now, you seem to be getting worked up, I aint making anything up lol

All I'm saying is it isn't really something to be against, them not putting spoilers out in the wild unless specifically warned beforehand. Like, Jojo part 6 was made 19 years ago. If a jojo news site on twitter posts a comment that spoils the end of Part 6, which a lot of people haven't read yet, is it somehow OK? I don't see that as OK. Especially since many people are waiting on the part 6 anime.

Sure they're in their rights, nobody is arguing otherwise, all I'm saying is it's kinda not cool to do so. All it really does is make LESS people wanna go to that site in the future

Kind of counter productive if you ask me

it is still partially their responsibility. I said they have the RIGHT to, not that they dont have that responsibility. Sure, you have the RIGHT to do many things, but it's still your responsibility if a negative affect is the outcome

If a reveal or development is casually brought up in later games, or later games by the nature of their premise spoil something, such as Riku's presence as a co-protagonist in Dream Drop Distance being a late arrival spoiler for his redemption arc or the very status of Birth by Sleep being a prequel leaving certain elements Doomed by Canon, it's not too much of a big deal. If someone is really sensitive to casual spoilers in things that are years old they probably should browse elsewhere. However plot specific spoilers should be treated with more care as to what context they're used in, such as [Character A] [verb]ing [Character B]. Even if something has passed into public consciousness such as what happens to Aerith in Final Fantasy VII still be aware of where you're spreading it since the remake is out next year and there will be plenty of people new to the characters, or at least the story.

Yeah, I think we both just had different views on how the wording is. Look man, I srespect you and your opinion, I think we got off on the wrong foot here. It appears I haven't worded what I was talking about here properly

I'm gonna assume all is good here then?

I came in and saw a few paragraphs and a wall of text haha

oh yeah, dont worry about it friend, we just had a disagreement about a twitter post from KH13

But in all seriousness I give props to the level of detail the games employ at times

yeah there's no ill will between us here, just a misunderstanding

In this channel specifically, people would expect to be discussing KH games prior to KH3, so if a KH3 spoiler is casually dropped in here w/o a warning and/or tag, it would blindside some people.

is that the pasrt when she says "Sora dinner's ready" or whatever from the first game?

alright yeah thatd what it is. I'll see what I can do. Anything you have in mind?

KH13 isn't an official anything, don't get it twisted

It's a fan website owned by fans where no one is paid for their time and everyone volunteers

Also the spoiler warning on the kh13 website was lifted months ago, they're well within their rights to do whatever they want on their twitter

KHInsider does similar memes yet I don't see anything about that

Where would you draw the line? KH13 reporting interviews with Nomura can also contain heavy spoilers but that's news

well 1, I dont follow KHinsider, I have no clue what they do. the only KH news sources I follow are 13 and the official KH page, I just came across that meme when scrolling Twitter. 2, I would say spoilers in a news article is fine as long as it's either covered with a box like on discord how you can do

this

or if it's in a seperate paragraph that is told beforehand "Spoilers for X in the next paragraph" or something similar to that. and 3, again I never said they dont have the RIGHT to put spoilers where they want, they totally can, but if someone is spoiled that's their responsibility for it happening.

First of all

how dare youpain

I have an emote but too poor for nitro this month so

KairiMad.png

okaydidlookcooldyingbutstill

I can't believe you've done this

You could have used sora holding the xblade but you choose this

?

yeah banner is trash put dual wielding chirithy instead

If someone has never seen anything kh or knows limited stuff about kh, theyll most likely not know enough about said spoiler image. Like for me, I got spoiled on

kairis death

via youtube search suggestions but it didn't change anything when I got to the actual scene

it's still stupid

Okay guys

This chat isn't allowing KH3 spoilers still

@MeowWow can you edit that out pls, even with the tag we aren't supposed to have it

just change that banner it's obvious it's gonna piss people off
