Actually took a trip to England to visit a friend and she was stuck on the demyx fight in radiant gardens so i helped her out. Turned out she didn’t equip any abilities the whole game. I was more shocked that she had gotten that far in the first place lol

this : IF vanitas is darkness, I think he's one of the enemies MoM fought in his first keyblade war and that vanitas is thus referring to him as an "old old friend" when speaking to maleficent in the last khux update, and it would give him a reason to make sure ventus reach the future (and serves as a vessel for vanitas) so that he may fight MoM again

i think darkness killed strelitzia and somehow passed for Ava and gave strel book to ven

that's why ven didn't get the book from Ava in the same place as the other

and Ventus darkness being a Dark Inferno could also mean that the other Dark Inferno is the nobody of Ephemer
