Yeah mission boards usually are the free way of getting them

and the weekly mission. there's an upcoming event that has a draw ticket as a board completion reward

otherwise, it costs $$$

I've been off the grid for 3 plus days have I missed anything this week

well, 3 days of the mushroom quest being runnable for 6 tries instead of 3, 3 days of a material quest you can run 10 times a day, but not much else
