Cus the issue is that it’ll start up but every single time it just sits there and tells me that I need to install an update so I’ve literally taken a flash drive to our computer here and downloaded that very same update and went through all the motions only for it to sit there and act like I didn’t just do exactly what it told me to do

You might have some cloud saves possibly but also probably not
