From what I can recall, there was the film(s) that Rian Johnson was meant to be doing at some point, the film that Taika Waititi was meant to be doing at some point, and there's the film(s) with Daisy Ridley

Ridley’s film is still in development but the others are on hold or likely never happening

Simon Kinbergs trilogy is still in development
