I read the article, this makes it sound so much worse than it is

They had to work 8 extra hours a week and only on the workdays

And it ended this week too so the overtime is done, they just needed to reach a deadline

Should absolutely be wary based on ND's history but this is just pretty tame as far as overtime is done
