I got so done with AC when I heard that they killed off the main antagonist that transcends the entire timeline in a comic

The hype for FFXV is so firetrucking real.

true

XV? am i back in 2015

yes

Iive simpIer
and happier

be excited because you don't know what FF7R wiII Iook Iike
wonder when KH3 wiII get another teaser
finish 2.5 ReMix

It's nothing terribly flashy, but like, I don't want a full-on cutscene every time I activate an ability, even if it's a powerful one. At least, I don't want that when I'm playing a sonic game where speed is a key factor

as an outsider to Sonic but also interested in getting Frontiers, what made the transformation bad? I understand it looks really simple, did previous games make it extremely cool looking or something?

Like I'm not trying to say your opinion is invalid or anything, I'm genuinely curious bc like i said i have no previous sonic experience and Frontiers looks exciting to me

Oh nah, the animation is just so stiff

Like there is no weight to it

I am not a huge sonic fan or anything, most of my experience wit Sonic was watching Sonic X as a kid and now the movies as adult

I just found the transformation to look lame, like it's supposed to be this grand thing and here it looks like they put the most minimal time into it

But then again, I find a lot of animation in this to not be so good, mostly with the combat

if a super sonic transformation is going to be a reguIar thing, l'd Iike to be as quick but stiII fIashy as say transforming into Second Form in KH3 as an exampIe

fIashy but short

but yeah the issue here it's wayyy too stiff and there's IittIe weight

Like as an example, Sora in KH3 transforming into a form. It has a snap feel to it, this one didn't

not even any screen shake

eyyy

usuaIIy, when a character performs an action, you can get a sense of how strong it is

c e a s e

okay yeah now that you bring that up, it does feel weightless. I think that's less to do with model animation and more about camerawork and effects tho

nah but fr even a super saiyan transformation usuaIIy has a WOOSH in the aura upon transformation, bit of screen shake/impact frames,

like add a little impactful camera pinch during the climax of the transformation, maybe some wind effects

and i think itll look fine

I'll Impact your frame if you don't stop this nitpicking , duck-man 😤

quack
