WoW is currently following Disney rules and I hate it

it went from a dark fantasy game with some great writing into boring comic relief and fake "quirkyness".

their goal was a low-stakes plot but they went way too far. The current story is just cringe

they also tried to make morally gray villains but that doesn't work because they have maybe 30 seconds of dialogue in each patch, which makes them instead cartoon villains with no depth

bowser in the super mario movie has better writing than the current villains in WoW

game feels like a disney movie with a bad story
