I'm not sure if this is allowed but I'll post it anyway since it's in the news (sort of) again. If a mod doesn't like it... they can delete it obviously. Simple.

all they need to do for this remake is change the combat

make everything else prettier and change the combat system into something better

if turn-based change it to ctb, if action use ff7r combat but improve on it

Or keep it as is and just make it faster and add some qol improvements
