With Sin coming around every like 10-15 years, there’s not much room for big novelties. While unnatural hair is common (?), it’s usually because of weird genetics. So it make me wonder if they think Tidus is mixed bc he’s got blonde hair like the Al Bhed, but blue eyes and melanin like Yevonites.

It makes me wonder if they saw his hair slowly grow out the blonde and they thought he was dying.
