HSR men fascinate me.

Actually, most HSR characters fascinate me, but the men specifically.

There's a type of duality with their brutality and ability to remain civil.

Characters like Kafka, Silver Wolf, and Acheron are able to remain elegant while expressing their brutality and blood-thirst, which makes them even more terrifying tbh. The mens' civility is barely held together with duct tape and chicken wire.

No matter what though, they're all hiding behind a paper-thin mask of porcelain that, occasionally, cracks to show their true nature.

I love analyzing the things that go on in their brains, but I find the way I describe it is not normal.

And their differences is what makes them fascinating to me.

They all share a similar core concept, especially since Honkai needs a level of seriousness due to the concepts of thegame series, but the way a base concept can be executed in so many different ways is really cool.

If I had to metaphorically compare their concepts, I'd say it's a police dog vs a war/attack dog.

One is trained in minor details, finely executed tricks, and finding the minute. The other, almost, mindlessly, attacks others that could pose a threat.

Both are loyal to their trainers, but the "why" is very different.

(I have no idea if this makes sense or not).
