just did some reading and it sounds like legends of tomorrow can't be revived by anyone because it was part of a netflix deal or something like that

and like, i just want it to get a proper ending, that's all. i hate it when things (that i'm watching/playing/reading) get cancelled before they can get their endings

have any of you checked out that usagi yojimbo animated series on netflix? i was interested when i heard about it since i've read the comics, but the initial look is visually kinda disappointing (though you know what they say about judging a book by its cover and all)

That's a dumb saying btw. The entire purpose of the cover is to give you an idea of what's in the book! It's not like it's practical to read several pages in before deciding to buy it! Of course you should judge a book by its cover!

I feel you-- the cover should theoretically reflect the theme ot idea of the book; set the mood ya know?

Plus people get payed to make those- it is there job to create covers that are intended to in fact be judged lol

i'm not gonna lie, i definitely gravitate towards the books with pretty covers. but that's just part of marketing

you want your book to look good so people pick it up, maybe read a page or two and buy it.

oh trust me, i watched and enjoyed all of s1 back when i had the dc free trial. it's just a matter of getting another temp subscription to whatever service the next seasons have been released on...
