PS: In a follow-up post to the one quoted above you brought up DBZ, and while I agree that couldn't really work given just how strong the characters in DBZ are, all they'd have to do is use Dragon Ball instead. Something like Sora, Donald, and Goofy training under Master Roshi and participating in a world martial arts tournament wouldn't be implausible.

As in, they wouldn't release FF7 and KH4 in the same year because it creates internal sales competition or something...
