No no I mean theres two different teams one that worked on kh (bbs team that's been the main team now since the Tokyo team is on other projects) and ff7 team that was the ones that worked on the og ff7 in 1997

The bbs team is the one currently working on kh4. So the ff7 team may work on different projects after ff7
