considering KHDR was announced for its final part, then it got delayed

and they even scrapped announced upcoming content

i expected KHML to run into some kind of issue

i think the famous cards announcing preregistration were released on the original intended date
and if beta was delayed 5 months, maybe everything else was delayed 5 months. meaning prereg info could appear by november
