It didn't get enough time to play video games, so he decided to start voicing in them.

I've never heard any of his songs. I prefer to just hear him voicing Roxas

He's a serviceable tenor. I don't like Pop-music very much in general so I can't say I like him.In terms of voicework. He always brings a good chunk of enthusiasm to the whole deal, so I rarely get disconnected from his scenes. (Unlike Terra, for IMO)

I miss The Suite Life of Zack and Cody (not the Suite Life on Deck). It was so freakin' hilarious. Definitely one of the best shows Disney ever had.

 

Lizzie McGuire, Even Stevens, That's So Raven (at first), and Phil of the Future, and Kim Possible were also pretty good.

 

Gosh, I miss when Disney Channel was more aimed at teens. Now it's just... ugh. I hate the shows. I feel Hannah Montanna led everythng downhill (and I even liked it at first). Don't get me wrong, I enjoy some of the shows if I happen to catch them. Like Wizards of Waverly Place can be humurous at times (that's such a Harry Potter rip off). But you have to admit they're more childish and not as good.

 

Phineas and Ferb is by far the best of what DC has to offer now.

 

Anyway, on subject, I really liked that episode. Actually, I think it was in seeing this back in the day, while playing KH2 after it just came out, that I realized, "Jesse is Roxas!"

 

I've gone through weird stages with Jesse. As a tween, I had a huge crush on him, and I swear I helped make him popular. I made people listen to his songs when all that was released was, "The Second Star to the Right" "Beautiful Soul", and "Because You Live". Then, I had a period when I didn't like him. And then I discovered he was Roxas and loved/still love him for voicing in KH. I also like him and his songs again.

 

I think I've come to a good place with Jesse. LOL. I'm proud to be a fan, and I enjoy his work.

 

Did any of you ever watch his show Summerland? That was pretty decent.

 

And, somewhat off topic again, is anyone old enough to remember Disney's So Weird, The Famous Jett Jackson, The Jersey, Honey We Shrunk the Kids the TV Series, and/or Brotherly Love?

 

LOL. Does anyone else find it amusing to watch Shia LaBeouf in Even Stevens since he's such a famous, serious actor now?

I just remember being little and in love with him when i was litttle then i like forgot about him and was all like nyeh..... but then after playing days i just realize that it was him! its fun informing my friends that roxas's voice is jesse because they spaz out. sorta wish for a kindom hearts idol that would be funny to see.

I agreed with everything you said here, although, I do find Wizards of Waverly Place amusing, and I give it a lot of credit. Sucks that their budget is low, so it makes a 'magical' show like that look like crap. I see why you say it's a Harry Potter rip off, but I still like it. And there's something about Selena. She's the only honest actress on Disney channel. (Honest as in, real life, and in her acting. When she plays Alex, I can believe Alex is real. Everyone else on that show, and all other Disney shows look completely fake.)

He totally blew me away with his voice acting skills in Birth By Sleep. By far the best voice actor in that game!

He isn't that great voice actor in my opinion and don't like his songs.Roxas is one of dumbest developed videogame characters in history and i am not fan of the way he does Robin in Young Justice.

Yeah, I probably should give WoWP more credit. It is fun. And it's the only show, that's live action, that I watch at all on Disney. I'm just a huge HP fan, and I actually like that it spoofs it, but there are some days when it irritates me. Probably because I know the younger generation doesn't know HP as well as WoWP and that's sad because Harry Potter is genius! Seriously, I can never get over how well Jo Rowling wrote it. Everything was so important! Everything tied in later, and I don't think there was any filler. It's just... wow.

 

Yes, I loved Jesse as Ven. He did blow me away with that. Mainly in how he adopted a more Sora like voice. And that was very clever since Ven and Roxas are so different. Obviously you could tell that they had the same voice, but he acted their different personalities out so well.

 

I do like Selena Gomez. She's a very talented actress and singer. She really sells Alex even though they're nothing alike, and that's something you either can or can't do. I imagine she could be very big one day (like Shia ended up becoming huge after Even Stevens).

I also loved Boy Meets World (one of my fav shows of all time). But though it was by Disney, I don't think it was originally on the Disney Channel. Kind of like how Sister; Sister, Smart Guy, Naturaly Sadie, and Life with Derek weren't originally on it.

Terra/Jason Dohring murders me every time he talks. I only play BBS for Jesse McCartney and Mark Hamill because they can actually voice act.

This funny great. I love him for Roxas just as Vanitas and Sora share one. Making dark and evil for Vanitas and the funny, calm, childish one for Sora. I wish more people liked Terra's because his voice actor is good too.
