now, surely alot of us have been badly injured or seing someone else get injured, let me tell you the story of mine:

 

We were in Germany on a school trip. that night was really bad, since only on that thursday afternoon:

- someone camera flashed their own eyes and they started bleeding

- someone fell up the stairs and got badly bruised

- 2 people threw up all over their beds

- 10 people got tonselitus

but mine was the worst of the night

 

we were leaving the next morning, so i went into the bathroom to pack up my stuff. i put my washbag on the toilet below a window with a really bad latch. window + back latch + me underneath it = what do you think happened?

 

turns out that window wasn't double glazed, it smashed through my head. at that time i was in my PJs, with no shoes or socks or anything. there was glass all over the floor.

 

there were some girls on the balcony right next to the window went it fell. everyone in the hotel was running around. one of the girls, who was my freind, blanked out for a couple of minutes. she was really upset as well because for some reason her freind was blaming her for the accident.

 

i have to say this, i am so lucky that my freinds dad was a doctor, on the trip and happened to be near my room at the exact time it happened. he put a bandage round my head, didn't stop my green T-shirt from quickly turning red. you should've seen it, it was horrible. especially since i go faint at the sight of blood (although there i was just trying my best not to blank out, fall over and get glass pushed into my skull)

 

they sent me to the hospital, where they picked loads of glass out of my hair. but there was a hole 1 square inch big, they managed to use a special glue thing to hold it together.

 

my freind adam apparently was going mental back at the hotel, i went to him when i got back (at about 2am) just to calm him down.

 

the next morning i had the worst migraine i ever had (or ever will have) in my life, probably due to the massive blood loss. my head still hurts sometimes, and that was back in june

 

so have you had any terrifying experiences?

wow, that whole trip was in bad luck! dang, ur poor head! Ouch.

 

My most horrifying experience...?

 

I think that would be hurricane Gustave last year. It was worst then Katrina b/c they cut down all the trees in the woods behind our house, so we have nothing that blocked the wind from hitting our house. And because of that, half a tree fell on the back of our house and yeah, no more master bath for my parents, lol. It was really scary b/c the winds were so loud! I remember after the tree fell on the house, I just stayed in the middle of the house and prayed the whole time.

 

Katrina was scary too b/c we always watched the news every night with our generator on and u kept hearing stories about people who died in New Orleans. I still can't get those images out of my head and it's been 4 years.

I dunno if this is as life endangering as your guys's (well it didn't endanger my life....) but still very sad.....

(I typed this the next day because I didn't want to have to think to hard about it each time it came up, that's why there's almost no punctuation )

 

I was walking home with my friend and we saw a deer and thought it was dead then I called him Mocha because we were drinking a mocha moolatte and then his head popped up then it layed down again in the creek and wouldn

Erm well I haven't had any major traumatising things in my life, (maybe only a few things like my treehouse burning to the ground or being in a small car crash, that sorta thing)

 

But the one thing I do remember was being in my Dad's office when i was about 10. I ran out the door, onto the landing of that floor which was a few stories up, and i tripped on the stairs and felll right through (those modern stairs which have a hole between each step).

The only thing which stopped me falling straight onto my head from a few floors up was the fact that my feet managed to hook onto the stairs, so I was dangling there.

 

My dad manged to find me and pull me back up, but man that was scary, I thought I was gonna die.

 

I honestly belive to this day that some higher force made my feet hook onto the stairs.

When I was 4 I got bitten by a dog. I will forever have a scar on the cheek and another like an extra dimple near my mouth.

It happened again with a pitbull when I was 13, I remember it more than the earlier one.

I went to unhook the dog behind my aunts house (she was dogsitting) when he leapt up at bit my throat. Somehow I pushed him off me and got inside. I thought I was dying, cuz I couldn't see my troat but I could feel wetness. My aunt had to clean up my neck in the bathroom, and she needed me to look up, so she kept saying "Look at the light, (my name). Look at the light."

At this point I decided I had the chance to use gallows humor. I said something really intelligent, like, "Um, isnt that what I'm NOT supposed to do?"

They quarantined Dodger cuz they didn't know if he had rabies or not. He didn't, but they were going to use more extreme methods, becuz dogs that bite people aren't allowed to live. I asked them to not kill him though.

I have to more scars, one in almost the middle of my eck (more towards the left side) and another on my left jaw.

So Ihave a total of four scars on the left side of my face.

Well it was only a small one cause another car got out of control in the snow and hit us, but it only left a small dent in the car.

But it was scary cause our car span out of control and there's nothing you can do, and the force of it winds you really bad. And this was only at about 20mph!

Hmm. Well, I fell down the stairs once, lol. Almost broke my neck .

 

Umm, I got bit by 2 dogs once and the bleeding wouldn't stop. 8D

 

I...Oh, hurricane Ike, last year, was terrible here in my area. I had no power for about a month, it was scorching hot outside, my family was running out of food and water, and there was no school. o.o

 

Almost got hit by a car once . I was crossing the street once, to go to my mom's car after school, when I started feeling sick and dizzy and I just...fell. In the middle of the street. A car just happened to be coming my way but my mom opened her door and like flew her arms around saying I was in the middle of the road . I had to be carried into my car and everything, lol. I was totally embarrassed cause all of my friends and classmates saw that T_T

 

Ooh, and my worst one has to be when I was about 2 or 3, can't remember, me and my family were on our way to Mexico and we stopped at gas station, and our car caught flames. o.o No kidding. It was horrible and we were, of course, still inside. We quickly got out in time, but we lost all our valuable stuff like electronics, clothes, etc.

Car Carsh 2: going to school and a jeep ramed us in the ass.... and runed from the carsh ... REAL SMART

Near MIss: me and my Girlfriend[at the time /// not my girlfriend anymore but still close friends] were on are way home from the movies .[ it was Saint Valentine's Day , so the roads were vary bad and her mom was driving us home] . and suddle a car pulled out in frount of us and we omost hit it ... it was my scaryest moment mostle because were wer going real fast and if we whold of hit the car it whold be a bad crash ... real bad .... mostle because it was yet another f@#king moving truck ...... and there was black ice on the road .... yay

My friend almost accidently pushed me off a moving cruise ship. We were in the middle of the ocean. I can never go near those rails again.

Nothing horrible than me. I do not have any fear about anything. I am not afraid of tiger, lion or even lizard or cockroaches. I am having only fear of my anger and It is a very horrible.

They can crawl on you i guess and give u germs? idk. why r ppl scared of mice? They're little and they crawl around really fast like a cockroach... So yeah, idk what's with ppl:/

I do not see any rational reason to fear a creature small than me that has few offensive adaptations and more defensive ones.

umm id rather not say mine i still have nightmares where i scream and cry in my sleepo from it o.e

when my mom almost died from a super bad seisure in GAP on the fourth of July like 3-4 years ago. I was freaking out and was crying like crazy. and i dont remember what my dad did.

my second bad experience was when in summer about 5 years ago when i live with my real mom jennifer (who i hate but hey thats a diffrent story) and my mom had a super bad seisure from jennifer being a bitch and not letting me go to my mom for the time im soposed to spend with her in summer. i had to watch in horror from a cell phone store with my grandma on

jennifers side trying to hold me back. my mom then was rushed to the hospital.

i had to spend one terrifying month trying to find out if my mom was alive or not because jennifer didnt tell me

 

oh and btw

mom = grandma who took care a me since i was 3 weeks old

jennifer = real mom

Well i got out of school and we had a woman driving us to our houses with a minibus we we got to a traffic light that said no U turns she didnt see that picture so she turned a U turn and a car ran into us i was sitting in the front seat so we saw ourselfeves and the bus crashed into a tree so my window was opend i jumped from the window before i jumped i told her to cut the engines i will open the doors but she didnt listen to me so i jumped from the window and opend the doors for the kids and my freinds when i opend the doors then i went to the backside of the bus i told her to cut off the engines agin she was on reverse so she ran into me and i barely felt the impact i faded away woke up saw myself in the hospital didnt know what happend god knows what bullshit happend over there

Hmm.. I'll keep mine simple. A car crash. The front left of the car almost entirely wiped out. passenger seat was gone. I was suppose to pick up my friend on that day. Thank god I decide not to bring her. It was a pick-up truck that crash into me. Green light on my end but his wasnt and he is one of those drivers that doesn't give a shit. Got bruises on my chest and almost fly out from the car even when I'm wearing my seatbelt. Yup. Thats about it.
