Kid Icarus director Sakurai has revealed via Twitter that Kid Icarus: Uprising has now been finshed in development. Sakurai thanked those that were involved in the game's developement and also joked that maybe he'd finally be able to rest up on Saturday and Sunday (after all the hard work he's done with Kid Icarus: Uprising. I think he deserves a break). Now that he's done with Kid Icarus, let's hope that work begins on the next Smash bros game soon for both Wii U and 3DS. I hope we see a teaser trailer at this year's E3 if developement begins soon.

Yeah, I could've sworn I read something about there being a demo. I'm sorry I can't remember where. But there probably will be one if there isn't one already.

The first animated short for Kid Icarus: Uprising is now available via Nintendo video in North America and Japan. This is the first out of the three installments of a three-episode series that focuses on Pit fighting Thanatos, the god of death. So yeah, go watch it...lol. And give opinions on what you thouight of the video. I will update this thread with my opinion of it when I watch it.

That video was hideously horrible.

I'm glad the game looks better, but honestly I'm a bit worried that there might have just been clever editing on Nintendo's part now...

I'm disappointed it's not up in Aus/Europe yet

Saw this yesterday and all I have to say is that this is one of the best commercials of all time. This and the commercial for Zelda: ocarina of Time 3D are amazing. I hope those graphics will be on the Wii U. And I find it funny how you just posted this when I just got my issue of Game Informer with the Kid Icarus: Uprising card lol. Soooo ironic.

I'll preorder it tomorrow.
