Will you spoil yourself when KH3D comes out in JP?

Posted

The release of KH3D in Japan is just around the corner so.. I ask you, will you spoil yourself or not? As to what extent will you spoil yourself? Will you watch the secret ending? Will you watch every cutscenes? What are your thoughts?

Discuss!

I personally would spoil myself because if the US release date is like 6 months away, then I can't take that long torture so I would probably spoil myself to the max. However, I don't plan spoiling the gameplay, like how to defeat bosses etc.

No way! I figure it'll be well worth the wait. :D

I might...... When BBS came out I only looked at some spoils, not alot though.

Never!

Or maybe a little.

Y'know, every single time a game comes out, I tell myself, "No! You will have patience and wait until it's out in th US!" But then twenty minutes later I'm on here and YouTube and e KH wiki and KH-vids looking at everything and squeezing like a preteen schoolgirl. So my answer is yes, I will be spoiling everything for myself.

Here's my reasoning, though...I dont see why it would be "bad" to see everything before the English release. It's not going to be any different. None of the story will change. It'll be the same game, just in a different language. So I say that, since the game is released anyways and the face are out there, mine as well learn them to stay ahead. It never changes the actual experience of playing the game. It's always still so much fun.

I'm gonna try to avoid the internet until the game is released in english. But knowing me, I'll spoil it immediately.

I really love your thinking, that is how I feel as well.

But the thing is, this is the first ever KH game that I would spoil to the max. I had no idea BBS existed before probably because there are lots of things happening in my life so I didn't really spoil BBS. I did spoil Re:coded but it was just the secret ending. xP

Ah!, the probable reason I didn't spoil KH before was perhaps due to the fact that I don't understand much of the story but now that I am intrigued as to what is going to happen I think that made an impact on my behalf if I would spoil KH3D or not xP

especially if we have awesome site like KH13 and awesome translators like Oishii and the others. xD

I may just watch the opening Cutscene but nothing else

Nooooo :P

ima wait to experience the awesomeness

Just like I did with BBS(there was a livestream), I'm only going to watch the gameplay to see how the game is. I'll watch gameplay of unimportant bosses also, but once a cutscene starts, I'm either done looking or I close my eyes or scroll down the page to avoid spoilers.

You already saw it, it was at the end of the TGS trailer. lol

I could not watch the end because it did not load and I gave up and just have not watch it since

I've waited long enough to know the entire story, so I will spoil myself. :D

sure what the heck

i will be spoiled to death lol if i am satisfied with the game i will probably preorder the pal version

I'm just going to watch it raw so i have barely any clue of the plot development

I'm trying to make the game be virgin to me, but it REALLY depends on how far away the N/A Release date is.
I don't want to be spoiled, but since KH13 itself is spoiling as Exodaze said, so I am forced to be spoiled which would make my answer yes.

I said it on the poll of the day and I'll say it again, I'm not spoiling myself! Almost every KH game I've spoiled myself, but this one I want to be surprised at everything that happens in the game and discover everything as I'm playing.

Don't know maybe I'll spoil it.

It's just so hard for me to resist spoilers, I spoil BBS completely and the game wasn't as fun as the others because I knew exactly everything that was what going to happen.

But I will try my hardest not to spoil it. :D

No, I won't. I don't understand why people spoil themselves. It removes all the surprise in the story, there is no suspense. It's like skipping to the last chapter of a book. It literally makes the game less fun to play. When I know the entire plot to a game, I just lose all motivation to play.

Plus, there are always stupid people who don't warn others of spoilers and ruin the game for those who actually want to watch the story unfold.

I don't really like spoiling myself when it comes to these games, but when an awesome game like BBS or DDD is coming out, I just have to get my fix. So I unintentionally spoil myself, though only on what I see. Since I don't know Japanese, I have no idea what they're saying. So I only know what visually happens, not what's really going on.

Nah, I hate spoilers. I will have to work up the money to get my own 3DS (used my cousins and now I want one). It will be little motivation to save up for the games I want if I feel like I already know whatll happen.
