xD lol, the buying old games majorly sucks xP

Hmm, I think I've only experienced this once at Gamestop. A handfull of d**k cashiers, but only once with someone constantly offering deals and what not. xD

lmao whats messed up about it is that my roommate works at gamestop and i still find this hilarious! but, i understand that their job requires them to do that.

This doesn't happen at the Gamestop I go to. They just ask once, and after I say no, they don't talk about it anymore.

...

...

I guess I'm one of the lucky ones.

I find that it's worse at Suncoast.

I wonder how much the shit games on the shelf costs O3O

(My e-mail has been getting spam firetrucked for so long i dont even go on it anymore, 600 new messages after a week. ;A;)

I'm not quite sure how to respond to this video!

Can I interest you in a butt-fcking

Yep, I'm one of the lucky one too. The guys at my gamestop are cool. We have mini conversations about games while he's doing ringing me up. Good people at my gamestop

OMG me and my friend Dave worked at GameStop and I found this on YouTube a while ago so I posted it on his wall on Facebook.. we were laughing so hard. It really is true, its awful. Half the time I didn't ask all the questions. I no longer work there hahah

xD I find this video pretty accurate. When I preordered Ultimate Marvel vs Capcom 3, the girl at the counter asked me if i wanted to join the Powerup Rewards program and told me all the things I can get including a GameInformer subscription for an entire year. At first I said no, but then she told me more things and it didn't help that she was good looking.. I'm now a PowerUp Rewards Pro member..

i am too lol i think i got rung up by an attractive woman, too........wow that makes me sound like a horndog lmao anyway all in all it is a great deal. free game informers for a year and points for free stuff with your purchases, plus discounts. i was like sign me up!!!

The guy should have just silently glared at him after the first question. Shuts them up every time.

Especially accurate at trading in old games. (It's called a butt-f*cking)

But other than that, I'm not bothered with most of the things in the video at my Gamestop.

At the EB Games near me (Canadian / Australian version of Gamestop), the clerks there are badass.

Currently my #1 target for a temporary job.

I've been to an EB before. They were around before Gamestop was and there is still one in Altoona, PA where i use to live. I would love to work at a Gamestop, but unless you're a manager you get the worst hours ever! My roommate works there and he's one of the better GA's there and he gets like 10 to 25 hours a week. Now on holiday season he was getting between 30 and 35, so it gets a little better, but i wouldn't be able to handle that pay lol

Weird...

The people at my Gamestop are awesome, I save a chizzload with my Rewards card, and the only emails I get are my Reward points statements.

I must be a VIP or something.

The employees at my gamestop know me on a first name basis .Is this a bad thing ?

no, mine know me by name, too.

No, this is true the people who work at gamestop are JACKASS'S. They offer you loads of shit all the time even though they know you and how much you hate being asked that. Plus they consider you oblivious about what video games are. I mean really? I have 3 gamesstop's in the same area. They are alllllll DICKS!!!

I only like this one Cashier Girl, she asks once and she's like "Oh okay." and one time she whispered: "Be happy I'm not like the others here. They won't shut up about the deals once you say no.".
