Hey kiddies, time for a serious thread in Random because firetruck you I don't know where else to put this. It's something that has been bothering me for years.

When a girl wears makeup all of a sudden, you may think

'WOW WHAT A WHORE/SLUT/PROSTITUTE/OR ANY OTHER SEXIST TERM, SHE MUST WANT ATTENTION/WANT TO IMPRESS SOMEONE/WANTS TO GET LAID/WANT TO GET RAPED (WHICH IS ALSO BULLSHIT AND IF YOU THINK THIS firetruck YOU)'

Guess what you need to do.

 

The reasons as to why a girl wears makeup:

• She likes makeup and like experimenting with it
• She wants to accentuate her best features (which is the point of makeup??)
• She wants to look nice and not like she just woke up and rolled out of bed
• She wants to feel and look pretty
• She just wants to firetrucking wear makeup
• Or maybe society firetrucking pressure into it by being told she looked ugly and she should just cake makeup on her face to meet society's standards of beauty
• Either way it's not your business

Reasons that are not why a girl wears makeup:

• To impress you
• Seriously shut up
• None of your business
• If you're a girl and you don't wear makeup cool for you
• But don't you dare shame those who do
• Because firetruck you
• It doesn't make you any better
• AND BECAUSE SOME PEOPLE OBVIOUSLY DID NOT READ: GIRLS DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP TO IMPRESS YOU, STOP BEING FULL OF YOURSELF AND SHUT UP IT'S NONE OF YOUR BUSINESS

Also if a guy wears makeup it's none of your business either.

 

As someone who's been wearing makeup since 8th grade, I find it extremely rude when people assume I only wear makeup to impress. And it's happened to me on several occasions and it's happened to people I know on several occasions.

Newsflash: I wear makeup because I like makeup and it makes my eyes look even prettier than they are (because damn I have gorgeous big eyes and curly eyelashes) and just I look hotter with it.

 

 

This has been a thread by Koko telling you guys to stop being stupid firetrucks but most of you will ignore me and/or argue with me and I will just laugh because you're dumb.

So.. It bitchy how I wore makeup when I was 11....

I think that wearing isn't so bad thing and it's everyones personal thing that do they wear it or not. I think make up looks good, but I think its going overboard when someones look like barbie dolls when they wear so much of make up.

Id love too wear make up but my mom says this to me all the damn time.

I love you because you see the same way as I do.

 

 

Also people could do anything they want, but if they do something like become Anorexic or Bulimic, its a problem. That I dont think is good, but if you want to make your self beautiful in a way that does not make you harm yourself, then its alright.

Also if you have something like plastic surgery, be responsible for it and plan ahead in your future too see if its the right thing to do or not. When your 40 or older and had plastic surgery at around 20, it does not look great. Just my opinion.

 

Also, I seriously hate people who bash on people wearing make up. Its pathetic. I only use a the tinniest make up, but dont put a lot or it makes it noticeable when I see my mom.

In MY HONEST OPINION, I don't really care is a girl wears make up. AS LONG... as they don't Overdo it.

Because in my opinion there are some people who really look like they just dumped their face into a pot of paint. Okay that was overdone but you get the picture.

I don't really notice most times someone wears make up, though, so that's never bothered me at all.

About guys with makeup... not too usual, but I find it a bit strange. That's all I got on the subject.

But yeah I don't think i's wrong if you're doing it because you like it and not because you want other people to look at you while you go "LOOK AT ME I'M BEAUTIFUL" which I'm not implying that anyone her does. But let's face it, there are some people who just want attention/whores exist but we can't judge that on a person for what they wear, solely.

Its called attention whores. People who love attention that they are willingly to do anything. It includes this.

 

But if they overdo it, it matters a lot. Which I totally agree with.

Eh, I partly agree because I don't like girls who overdo it but then it again its a matter of opinion on what you think looks overdone or not. Like I love intense colored eyeshadows and lipsticks and some people would see it as overdone.

I don't like it but I don't treat them differently because of it.

Honestly please don't kill me the only reason I ever wear make-up, on the few occasions I do wear it, is to impress people. Honestly I hate the feel of it. My lips feel all sticky and I feel like something's going to fall into my eyes and that I can't get my face wet.

I never really cared for make-up, if girls/boys want to use make-up, it's their choice.

Now I hate, hate, hate when people say that make-up is b*tchy.

 

I have a friend that always uses make-up since she was a little girl.

She used to be called a b*tch around the school for wearing make-up. Since I was a victim of bullying myself, I helped her.

A few years ago, she decided to not use make-up. And still she was pretty. And we're still good friends.

 

I totally agree with Koko here.
