What did you think of Nintendo's Live Event?

Posted

As you all know, Nintendo event was just recently live. So tell me, what did you think of the event? Was it good? Was it Bad? Did it get you more interested in the Wii U in any way? Please, post your comments and opinions.

For me, it got me a bit more interested in it. But I definitely plan to buy it now since my Wii just died yesterday. And just when i got Xenoblade Chronicles grrr.

I didn't really get to see the beginning but it was nice :)

Great.

It was pretty good. I like Miiverse, i like the redesigned controller, but seeing a little bit more info would have been nice. Oh, and i saw a ghost icon, i bet Luigi's Mansion 2 has been moved from the 3DS to the Wii U.

I liked it, it set the mood for E3.

It was alright, but nothing excited me too much.

I saw the last minute. What was said? Did they mention the origin of the Wii U's name?

I didn't bother to view it. It was just confirmation of some new things for Wii U, things I'll see around a lot anyway.

Well, they showed the new updated Wii u controller, a new black Wii U controller, and a couple of other features like chatting.

I loved it!! I am not sure about those NFC reader or something..

Thanks for the info Tails.

I think it was nice! I liked all the Miiverse thingy. Quite interesting. I already knew I was going to buy it but yeah, I can say I'm more interested in it. Really cool. I admit I laughed at the Granpa and all. Thought it was funny.

Video of the whole thing

Thank you for posting this. I was only able to catch the tail end of this. I will watch it now ^^

My interest in a console is determined by what games I can play on it. None of this was shown, so as a conference, I was in no way, shape, or form interested.

It was pretty cool, I am loving how we can use the gamepad to interact with the T.V and use it to play games when others want to watch T.V.

I loved it! I now know what a WiiU really is. I would like to see more and more about it. But for right now, I know that this would help my whole family.

lol I see what you did there.

It was cool but the guy who was playing zombies on the Wii U was weird.

I only saw the first 10 minutes, it was alright. :3

Very dry, but they need a climactic conference, so I can't be disappointed about it.

This.

I love it. We got a lot more details this year than we did last year. I love the interaction with the gamepad and the television. I am excited for this, and will purchase one, after a GameBoy Advance SP and a 3DS.

Loved it!
