June 14, 201213 yr Not a smart move but its possibly bc of the ban in Germany of sales of XBox and its slow death in Japan
June 15, 201213 yr The X-Box won't be at a Japanese game show? You don't say? Edited June 15, 201213 yr by baylaust
June 15, 201213 yr How comes the Xbox is dead in Japan? Japanese consumers are more interested in RPG`s or Fantasy/Fighting games not CoD and BattleField ya know?! I did a project on Japan recently http://kh13.com/forum/public/style_emoticons/default/happy.png
June 15, 201213 yr Apparently Xbox is dead in Japan, so most games are released in PS3, Wii, etc. but in America, and some regions, Xbox is alive. So they may not release games for Xbox in Japan, but in region areas, they release games for Xbox in international waters, like FF13
June 15, 201213 yr Just like how most Westerners don't give a crap about Japanese games, most Japanese people don't give a crap about Western games.
June 15, 201213 yr How comes the Xbox is dead in Japan? Bad marketing. Considering Sony and Nintendo are Japanese companies, they know how to reach the audience in their country. But Microsoft is an American company and I don't think they've really pushed hard to sell in Asian countries. If they have, they have sucked hard at it. And yet Nintendo and Sony manage to sell well overseas, even if Microsoft still tops them in some countries. Funny how that works
