PRESS TRIANGLE TO WIN! REACTION COMMANDS IN Kingdom Hearts 1.5 HD ReMIX

Featured Replies

The rule of the △ is over.

i hope it doesnt become as easy as kh2 cause then it would be weak

Well, I hope it does, because, if it did, it would be perfect for someone like me.

If you look, the triangle only took away the fourth command slot, where you open chests, use Strike or Ragnarok, and talk to people. It looks like they made the gameplay more linear, I don't mind though :D

It would make the game work faster in combat, which works for me. :D

Don't worry about RCs in KH 1.5. They'll just be used for opening chests or preforming moves like Sonic Blade, etc.

And I liked Reaction Commands in KH2 :)

Meh, pressing triangle to win didn't work too well in critical mode. But oh well, it's just like everyone says, they're using triangle for the convienience of not having to move the command bar down to the 4th slot. I just hope you can open chests in combat now

I really like the reaction commands when I played KH2, to me was easy and some attacks were awesome

I think the reaction commands are a great idea

tutti frutti. My only complaint is not having that forth slot like in KH2. Other than that not too much outside of looking forward to it.

and with that one button you can beat the whole game that what made kh2 weak in my view and it well soon make kh1 weak in the challeging area

I think it will be a replacement for forth command slot(you do special moves, interact with people and objects and open chests with that one)not an actual reactions like in kh2..

It doesn't change the gameplay at all other than making it easier to use special attacks and open stuff. It is far from the instant win button from kh2.

That is what it is confirmed to do.

It replaces the fourth slot. In other words talking, opening treasure and limits are all on triangle. :)

If by confirmed you mean not confirmed at all, but rather logical fan speculation, then yes, you're right!

In KH2 the fourth slot was for Drives, what would they do with it in KH1?

I personally think summons should be moved out of the magic slot and Into the fourth slot.

tutti frutti. It was just something that I had gotten use to in KH2, though I'm sure that number of people that have played KH2 have gotten use to that. Though the menu for when in battle was something I found to be easier to access Drives, summons, limits, and change party members when compared to KH2.

Oh. Well sorry, then.

Since it pretty much replaces the fourth slot, I think it would be called action commands instead of reaction commands, it will have the same use as the fourth slot like opening chests and examining things.

They should make that second "page" for the slots, they could put summons in one and Limits on the other. Even though I hope, I don't think they'll do succh a thing, Raganarok and Co. were commands triggered by different space between Sora and the enemy, and I don't think they want to change that.
