I always thought the episode with the moon with a face was creepy, well anyway Courage the cowardly dog animations were cheap it made it creepy

I think that episode with the "You're not perfect..." fetus was the worst.

That or that episode with the puppet master.

hold on now this is creepypasta not mentalityscarringpasta. :I. In all seriousness, Courage the Cowardly Dog is VERY creepy for a kids show and to add it with pasta of creepiness would be very...creepy, obviously. ANYWAYS long story short, it would be downright close to 'scary.'
