If they were to make a new kingdom hearts series with a new main character and new worlds

what disney worlds do you think they would pick and who would be your replacement for donald and goofy?

They already confirmed that Sora will remain the hero. I don't think they will really "replace" Donald and Goofy. As for worlds they have a lot of options for that.

I think that the main characters are irreplaceable.

Sora will always be the main protagonist of KH; Nomura said so himself.However, Xehanort will no longer be the main antagonist after KH3; therefore, we can definitely speculate on who his replacement will be.I personally want an Eraqus-like antagonist, because face it: do you really want to just fight Darkness for the umpteenth time? And does having all the enemies be Dark sound like pro-Balance incentive to you?

Guarantee the new characters will be clones of the original characters. Just a hunch.

The new antagonists for future Kingdom Hearts games after 3 will most likely be the somebodies of previous Organization XIII members. I can easily see Luxord and Marluxia's somebodies being main antagonists.

Are you sure?  Because I thought I'd read Tetsuya Nomura say that Kingdom Hearts III will be the end of the Xehanort Saga, and that, if a new Kingdom Hearts saga is made, Sora would no longer be the main protagonist.  I have no clue who would replace him, unless the series perhaps continued with Ventus, Roxas or just a random kid from a new world.

 

For the sake of keeping the series amazing, I hope they don't continue the story after KH3.  I've seen too many franchises ruin themselves by creating too many sequels, and I'd just hate to see that happen to Kingdom Hearts.

Actually Nomura said that KH3 would be the end of the Xehanort Saga but not the KH series and Sora will always be the main protagonist .
