Both facts are false, the unit "Del" doesn't even exist.

If you mean all at once, then that is entirely impossible.  There are only a total of 206 bones in the human body.

There's just no way it hurts that much more! It may hurt a lot, but... I don't know, it seems way too much than a birth...
