(Some minor ground rules; respect other players, never simply give yourself an unfair advantage, mix things up if you wish, and given the nature of the secrets on the island, if you wish to have an enviornment described for you by me, simply end a post with your character looking upon an envionrment or opening a door and end with a "...")

So it begins.

I have gathered them here. They know nothing yet. That will change soon. I wonder how they will take to each other. Time will tell. Regardless, no more time can be wasted. The Experiment must now begin. Time to wake them up...

"Good morning. Welcome to the next part of your life."

The voice rang out in all of their ears. Earpieces, firmly attached in the ears of all of them. Inside came the unnerving and unnaturally changed voice on the other end. One by one, after hearing the voice, each of the subjects began to wake. Lying on the shore of a short beach was Yumi Yuki Ai, Ember Mors, Luce Angelo, Hazimie Azhar, and Rasiel Kasaragi. The wind blew over them as they lay sprawled over the sand in close proximity to each other. Just as they had been placed. Next to the beach was a mix of jungle and swamp that went deeper into the mainland. Besides that the beach was mostly barren. A wrecked fishing boat was rusted and decaying within walking distance, but nothing more. The waves lapped up on the shore softly...

Miles away lay an abandoned collection of bunkers and buildings. They surrounded an airstrip. Rusted machine parts lay strewn about, and any sign of activity at the airstrip had long since faded. On the ground in the middle of the airstrip lay several more people. Ren Cabret, Neisan, Kilek North, Tsuna Sasaki, and Sikota Urinakano. Two desolate bunkers flanked the airstrip they were on, with a control tower at the end of the strip. Forest flanked the airstrip on all sides, with a single winding road leading out. The wind cut through the trees and sliced past the bunkers onto the airstrip. Only the wind and the trees provided any sound to the desolate military installation...

Deep in the jungle was a pair of rusted jeeps parked next to a crumbling house. The jeeps were long past functioning, and their engines were removed recently as well. The house sat surrounded by the trees with a single road leading somewhere further into the jungle. Inside the house were the four other subjects; Robert Evans, Karu Kasaragi, Fulmen Aizen, Xander Steel, and Locke Stern. Part of the roof of the house had caved in, and most of the belongings and furniture were gone. Remaining in the house were a few pots and pans, and single picture in an imaculate frame on a table in the room where the four people were laying. Silence pervaded the house...

On this island the Experiment is to be conducted. The island itself is only a few miles across, but its jungles, beaches, and bunkers hold long-kept secrets. These people now find themselves as part of a deadly game. They will have to get to know each other, and work together to discover what is sought from them, and in the process they must learn what they seek themselves.

The voice buzzed through their earpeices once more.

"Time to wake up. The Experiment has begun. You won't want to be asleep for this... Wake up and meet your new friends... and enemies. Wake up...

...the game has begun."

Xi watched as Joshua fell to his death through the surveillance. He said nothing, but his eyes seemed pained. The Experiment had gone mostly according to plan. Some of these deviations from the plan were still tragic. If he never saw a young boy die again it would be too soon. There was still an Experiment to be finished, though, still a point to me made, no matter what.

Locke finished drawing, materializing the piece for that guy. However... when he finished, a familiar voice taht he hasn´t heard for a while appeared again... Xi. Locke missed many of the test of Xi, for better of worse, the moment he fell on that hole background was just good luck.

He walked alone for a while, looking for Yumi, Fulmen, Robert, Xander, Raziel and Karu.

"Will Fulmen be alright? he was hurt... and... "

"What about Robin and Yumi... I´d never got contact with them..."

"Please ... survive..."

Locke wandered... trying to find the people who he was tied up in this "experiment". For what purpose the experiment was to... for what reason Xi bringed all of them and him to this place. Many questions... without answers. But the time alone served him to develop his own power... If he were to reach his friends, and help them with the trials... he needed to become stronger.... practice and practice... the drawing ability of Locke become stronger... rising up the limit of time before his drawings will be erased.... He wanted just one thing: Be useful.

After hearing all of the recording, Locke knew one thing... it wasn´t causailty to all of them be there. Before they knew, the experiment was going their way to.. as the ship raised up and the stairs appeared... Locke knew that it was the time to prove his powers... Hearing Ren´s voice asking him to get going.. Locke began to move, he turned to Yumi and Fulmen, also the people around there.... "what happened to the others?... ngrr... " Curiosity was consuming him, but that wasn´t the time for that...

Xi's speech made/recording or whatever, made Rasiel actually listen. Something about this being our worst test blah blah blah. She really didn't care about all the shit Xi said. Something caught her attention though, a blur of black weaving its way up the radio tower. It stopped at the top, taking the appearance of...Joshua. No. Why him?! Rasiel gripped onto Xander's hand, her mouth dry from nervousness. What was going on?! She stared for a long time at Joshua until, he lept. Blood split half way through his fall, indicateing Joshua wad dead.

"Joshua!!" she yelled, her yell dry and weary.

"Josh—ua..." Rasiel mummered.

Tears fell freely from her face, her grip on Xander's hand loosened to where she just let go to where it was hanging loose.

"Isaac...how dare you..." her eyes went dim and her demon form took place.

Rasiel looked at Xander, her eyes showed one phrase.

"I'm sorry...Xander...Xi caused this...I don't want this anymore...everyone should die! Xi will die! Sylar...he will die too..." she said through telepathy.

"Xander....why was it Joshua? Why couldn't I take his place? Why isn't Karu-kun back yet? Why can't I die? Why can't I be with my Karu...?" she asked.

Rasiel's voice was darker, yet still inoccent, and now very upset. Her eyes were a red void of confusion and guilt.

Yumi couldn't help.but not care about anything Xi said. Joshua had let go of her had and she knew why. He was going to...no,wait he had. Yumi knew before she looked up what she was going to see. Seeing it,however,was...nothing could have been worst. Well it could have,Joshua could have been younger. That didn't matter now. She just needed to get off this island. "Fulmen..." She looked at him,her eyes on the brink of tears.

(Can't post yet!! Sorry, guys!!)

(SODOM FIXED HER POST!)

Sylar smiled at Him. "Guess we'll have to." Sylar placed every ounce of strength he had into breaking the chains. Freezing them had no real effect. Darkness could not cut them. Brute force and willpower would have to do. His normal strength, extra strength from the replica, telekinetic strength, hands of darkness started pulling as well. One of the chains snapped. Sylar grinned maniacally towards the silhouette. "Let's make it a race." He said, before sensing a serious disturbance in the force. Joshua was dead. The searing anger at Isaac for bringing an innocent and brave boy back to life, only to have him die again, snapped another chain. A new expression of pure determination greeted the shadowy figure's eyes. "Faster." He said grittily, pulling with all his strength.

A healing feather touched Ember's face, and she was resuscitated. She pushed herself up, to find Lupus staring at something. Ember scratched her head in confusion and walked besides Lupus. The airstrip loomed in front of them. "Don"t think that was there before..." Ember muttered, starting towards the airstrip. She gestured to Lupus to follow, which her older sister obliged. They walked up the stairs of the airstrip and...

Fulmen turned, his eyes now resting on Yumi. He could see the hurt in her eyes. Fulmen let out a little sigh, but he understood-- another person had died, and now, the tension in the air was about to make Fulmen collapse from the intense stress.

"I-It's alright, Yumi." He finally said, patting her once on the shoulder. "We'll be out of here soon, alright? From there, I hope we can be safe from...this hell hole." Fulmen looked around, his eye catching sight of what appeared to be Sikota...and something felt wrong.

(HAVE NONE OF YOU REALIZED SIKOTA HAS GONE ROUGE!!??)

(Just walk up to the airstrip and face me.The dramatic build-up only delays HIS reveal)

(Good idea. Somebody needs to engage. Perhaps you should respond to me first.)

Sikota cracked his neck. "Sheesh, you all are slow." He appeared before Neisan, his fist broke into a weak point in his armor and a feathers burst form his hand and tore his armor apart, exposing his frail body. He grabbed him by the collar. "Suit up and get started. We're finishing what we started." He threw him toward the case containing his suite. Where it started was where it may very well end. Sikota and Neisan, to battle it out on the aristrip. Both much more powerful than before. But this time... it would end differently.

Edited by Sikota Urinakano

Neisan was picked up and bodily tossed toward his armor. His scrap suit had somehow disappeared in the process. "Your just going to let me get my armor? Okay, your loss." Neisan removed the glass from around his suit. The burnt orange-brown color and gear accents were familiar to him. "To me." The suit split open and encased Neisan's body in a sheath of machinery. The heads-up display materialized inside the helm, and Neisan assumed the double-vision he used to monitor his suit and see around him. Running diagnostic. . . All systems operational, default power settings active. Back in his old suit again. He turned to the PR. "So I was right when I assumed you were sent by Xi."

"There's a reason you're the smart one." Sikota replied. He flared his wings. "Now show me how much of a difference a costume change can make!"

(Short post... Just trying to get things started, knowing this suits capabilities, I might need to post a couple of shorties to leave room for retaliation)

"Costume? You underestimate me greatly. This suit has a mega laser too, you know." The mentioned weapon folded over his shoulder. It charged up almost immediately, humming and glowing. "It has ten times the power of the piece of crap I was using before. And, more importantly, it has multiple shots." Neisan leaped backward and upward, jets springing out of his suit to keep him in the air. The mega laser fired, the beam much more concentrated than the scrap suit's beam, and much faster. It crossed the short distance between the he and the PR in milliseconds.

"Too slow." Sikota was standing behind Neisan. "That first laser could incapacitate the first bird boy after a little skirmish, but ten times the power isn't nearly enough to hurt me sufficiently. But that's even if it hits me." He spread his wings. "Remember my comment on how these could pierce diamond? That was also the first bird boy, imagine what I could do now..." His wings curled over him and flared out, firing a volley of feathers towards Neisan.

The feathers disappeared in an instant. Ember stood there, her hand outstretched. "Poof." She said with a grin. Lupus attacked out of nowhere, colliding with Sikota with the force of a charging elephant.

"Can't let Iron Man have all the fun can we?" Lupus said with her old time accent. She jabbed quickly with her fist, which had changed into a scorpion's stinger. She released the deadly poison. It was then that an anvil appeared over PR's head. Lupus dodged backward as the anvil fell down.

(My character's have a bad@$$ history Sikota, you wouldn't want to meet them in a back alleyway. Especially if you're a birdboy or a psycho-scientist. They hate those.)

"Toxins won't affect an inorganic being." Sikota appeared behind Lupus. "Now why don't you take up my offer." He grabbed her and threw her high into the air. "Let's fly." He dove up towards her.

( What about a bird-boy created by a mad scientist 0w0 )

"Don't call me Iron Man." Neisan launched into the air after Sikota and Lupus. Two small turrets popped out of his shoulders, firing numerous small missiles. "How do you like guided plasma charges?"

"Joshua...." Xander said quietly after witnessing Joshua's second end

"At least.." He started partly to himself, but mainly to Rasiel. "..his suffering is over.. " He looked down at Rasiel

{I know, Rasiel.. justice will find it's way to Xi.. and Sylar.. and all the wicked beings on this island.. this prison of suffering.. even if we're the ones to bring it!! But at least.. Joshua doesn't have to suffer anymore.. he was a hero. So was Karu.. brave people eho put their lives down for everyone else..} Xander sent through telepathy. A few tears began filling his eyes

{Don't you believe, Rasiel.. that we'll see them again?? When the time comes.. we will..} He looked down at her and then looked ahead

[i'll burry you again, Joshua.. no matter how many times you come back.. ] He thought

Rasiel looked at Sikota....obviously he was obviously an enemy.

"Xander....Im fighting. If you would like to fallow me, then do so." She said, changing into her demon form.

"I guess that I'll see you later....maybe..." She said before letting go of Xander's hand, using her wings to fly towards Sikota.

By this point, Sikota was already in the air.

"Hey, Xander. Help this other girl...." she said through telepathy, referring to Lupus.

Rasiel made some of her demonic energy expand her wing size to a normal wing size, rather similar to Sikota's wing size. Now had the appearance of a dark angel.

Rasiel came up fast to Sikota's side, running straight into him.

"By the looks of it, you're an enemy too? Of course you are..." She snapped, wielding a blade instead of her daggers.

(Okay, so I'm feeling relatively useless with my exclusive power of wind manipulation; would it be alright if I made Ren find a sword back on the airstrip or--better yet--materialize some wing bladed-like sword?  That way he actually has something to fight with.  If not, I perfectly understand; I just realized I can't do very much with solely wind.)

Ren watched in horror as Sikota tore apart Neisan's armor, pulling him up by the collar and challenging him to a fight.  The way Neisan had been flung caused Ren to flinch.  Finally snapping into his senses, the redhead stormed irritably up the steps, his tongue and lips tingling.  By the time he reached the airstrip, however, the two had already broken into combat, weapons at the ready.  Moments after the battle commenced, two other people--young women--joined in the fight.  Both Ren had seen from across the field during Kijiya's and the Mad Scientist's battles, though he'd yet to properly meet them.  And apparently he wasn't going to anytime soon.  Both the two women and Neisan were all wonderful combatants and, while Sikota's speed was at least thrice theirs, he couldn't help but wonder if they could gang up on his winged friend and. . .   Ren shuddered; he couldn't stand the thought.

Their battle was taken into the air, which Ren decided to follow.  In a gust of wind, Ren gracefully swept himself from the ground, shooting up towards the party at an alarming speed.  When he reached them he found Neisan readying his weapon, pointed directly at Sikota.

"No!  Stop!"  Like the idiot he was, Ren got right in between the two, arms outstretched.  "Neisan!  Sikota!  Stop this at once!  Why are you two fighting like this?!"  He turned to face Sikota with desperate eyes.  "Sikota, my dear friend, what ever has happened to you?"

(I'll show you wind power, Mystics)

"There sure are a lot of you." Sikota commented. He flared his wings and a vacuum sphere expanded around him, throwing everyone either to the side or down to the ground. He appeared in front of Ren. "What happened to me, you ask?" He kicked him across the airstrip only to appear behind him and catch him. "I found power."
