March 25, 201312 yr Maybe not necessarily a reincarnation of Serah, but one that was created to delay Lightning's path or throw her off course. A rivaling force that perhaps is working against Lightning and possibly Bhunivelze (the prominent god in the game who gave lightning the task I believe????) that purposely created Lumina to resemble Lighting???? Although Lumina herself might not truly be "evil" throughout the game she could possibly be a pawn created by the force that still seeks the world's destruction????

At any rate there has to be some connection. Nomura doesn't give characters similar features "just because" there's always a deeper meaning. Just look at Kingdom Hearts. Final Fantasy has people with the weirdest hair style and color. Kingdom Hearts is ok with that, not having to weird hair color, but FF takes it to the extreme.

Its said after the time crash, that it was impossible for anyone to conceive newborns. So if anything, she'd have to be Lightning's descendant. But that means Lightning would have to have conceived with a love interest we never knew about before the events of FFXIII.
