Wish they focused more on Toph and Korra..but still a good episode. I was sensing a Yoda/Luke Skywalker vibe.

If Korra toughed it out and finished Kuvira in the avatar state, there would be no threat. There's no diplomatic solution for Kuvira's type. She's essentially Hitler and will do whatever it takes to rule the world. She needs to be eliminated by Korra's hand. 

 Remember when they tried imprisoning Zaheer? That went well (sarcasm). Need I have to add that she's an earth bender and it would be a lot easier to escape from prison? Another option would be to strip her of all bending. 

Uhgghh. Did no one ever tell Korra about Ang depowering Ozai? Or can she not do that for some reason? 'Cause she just needs to take Koviras bending away,problem solved, Have Korra kiss Mako, Roll credits. Bam, end of series, lol.

She's already learned how to energy bend.  The question is whether or not she retained the ability to use that power after Ravva was ripped from her very being.  If yes, then I'm pretty sure she could use it, but she has to get to Kuvira first.  It's not so easy to do when you keep seeing dark versions of yourself in the avatar state.  Plus, I really want the next seven epsoides.

Yeah. I guess the problem is Koviras pretty darn good at metal/earth bending, so Korra can't get close enough, haha. And these hallucinations aren't helping at all. The question is, Is this just in her head? Or is it something Spirit related?

It really could be either, but right now I'm thinking that it is in her head.  Fear can really mess with your mind.

Kuvira WILL get what's coming to her. How dare she mess with Toph's swamp!

 

But yeah, I honestly reckon Korra should strip Kuvira of her bending. Not only would it practically stop her, but it would be a good way for Korra to rekindle her connection to the previous Avatars. Just like how Aang received guidance from Roku, Korra could get that similar treatment from Aang.

Hey everybody,

 

Aang here, and might I say Korra is simply amazing this season. Definitely the best season to this point in my opinion. I love how this season's villain is different and has a different approach towards things. And I really do love the overall message the series gives us which is the point that all the villain's  the show has had, made a good point on the world around them, and in ways the basis of there idea was of good value, but they each took it too far and it is the avatar that keeps things balanced. I love Kuvira and honestly think she is the best villain for Korra to this point. 

 

Seeing as though this is the last season, I'm really hoping that we get to see Korra reunite with here past lives and that the avatar cycle will go on. I am not a fan of "korasami" and honestly think it is ridiculous. However, seeing how "Makora" happened I feel it is best if Bryke decided  to avoid Korra having Romance altogether. Almost like she doesn't need a man in her life at all. I think "korasami" is a hopeless dream for many fans. To me, Asami is and will remain only a friend of Korra. Keep in mind that she spent nearly her entire life guarded from the outside world, surrounded by old gasbags. Asami was her only female friend.

 

Friends of the same sex usually become closer than that of friends of the opposite sex. There's more to talk about, more bonding. She's spent her life without a girl-friend, and now she's got one. I'm really looking forward to Toph in action and the reuniting of Toph, Katara, and Zuko. That is my number one wish before they end the show.
