April 10, 201312 yr It is simply amazing to me how the human brain processes information. Here is one of my favorite examples of how the brain process visual information. Some visual brain process are more dominant than others, because our visual processes are arranged in a hierarchy. Therefore, sometimes we create visual illusions when they are not even there. Here is one of my favorite examples of how the brain process visual information. http://michaelbach.de/ot/mot-feetLin/index.html Are the blue and yellow feet moving at the same pace, or is one ahead of the other?
April 10, 201312 yr WOW. O_O I never noticed the Second "The". O_O It was like my brain made an illusion that skipped over it, which it probably did.
April 10, 201312 yr psychology class taught me something like if things don't seem to make sense then our brains will fix it like taking out the second the from our awareness. we still process it but don't consciously notice it. it works the same way with ears too if you tell a person to look at the eel on the wagon they would think you said wheel cuz it would make more sense.
