1. I certainly would call Re:Coded filler. It did not have to exist. However, I felt 358/2 Days and Chain of Memories were necessary in how they bridged games. DDD? Not so much.

Nope. Roxas and Xion use Ven's keyblade and Roxas is only able to dual wield at the end of Days because of Nomura logic
