I'm not sure if there's a similar thread or if this has already been mentioned a long time ago, but since Disney acquired Star Wars (Indiana Jones too), is it possible that worlds from the saga will be added to the game?

 

I know (Hope) the game is already deep into development, but I think it would be great if Square took advantage of the somewhat recent purchase of Lucas Arts.

 

Some may think the two games may not mix well. I'd like to point out that this is Kingdom Hearts. Plenty of things that many believed should never go together somehow worked.

 

Thoughts? 

Note all KH stuff had magic. Likes Pirates. Tron worked because Ansem was hightech.

 

Idk how SW would fit.

The overall theme in KH and Star Wars is the same: Darkness against Light.. But I think that's all that would fit together, Star Wars was never a Disney Movie ... Sounds weird, but I think that Star Wars is way too mature for Kingdom Hearts and it would drag down both franchises if they're gonna get mixed together

I vote no to Star Wars making an appearance. I think all the worlds in KHIII should be ones that have been in previous ones but have a GOOD reason for bringing them all back. Not just to beat Jafar in Agrabah for the 300th time.

Kingdom Hearts is no longer just a series about a crossover. It has it's own tone and themes and rules in its universe; it's its own franchise now. If Disney bought DC comics, or Bioware, or any other creative company, that doesn't grant them entrance into the Kingdom Hearts franchise simply because it started as two different properties interacting.

I would like to see a lot of worlds return as well. There's a lot of room for them to explore still, but only if they're allowed to wander from the movie storylines a bit.

The Keyblade you'd receive from that world would be a light saber shape like a Keyblade.

Not in the Xehanort Saga, but perhaps that could be the basis for the worlds in Kingdom Hearts 4. 

Yes this subject has been mentioned many times, but I dissagree with putting Star Wars into it. For the last game in the Xehanort saga, I would prefer them to just expand on previous, and perhaps add Star Wars to the next saga.

If they legit did that, I would laugh for a few weeks straight. That would be too weird.

HELL YEAH I want star wars in KH. starkiller and roxas? THAT WOULD BE BAD ASS! Mckey and yoda 2 masters even more badass!

If they did that, I would phone Nomura, & tell him, "You just completed my life! This is the going to be best game ever!  Thank you so much! BTW, this next part I wanna say, is completely optional, but, could you please feature me & Bruce Lee working together? If we cannot be main Characters, at least make us secret bosses, or Feature us in the secret ending. Okay, my japanese voice actor would be Nobuyuki Hiyama, & Bruce's would be Kappei Yamaguchi, while both of us would be dubbed in english, by me."

I don't think they will. Unless they made it like, stuff float in the between then I don't see how it would fit. Also, KH3 isn't really far into development if it is at all. This is because of the whole FF Versus XIII thing

I think they only want original Disney properties, not acquisitions. Pretty sure that's why Buzz and Woody were cut from KHII.

I feel like a lot of people have stong opinions about this, but I actually don't.. If I'd be the one to decide, I wouldn't put the world there, but I haven't seen the movies and they might anyway made it well (or they might not, hard to say). I prefer cartoon movie worlds from the live action ones though, and I didn't like Pirates of the Caribbean world much either. But do I like it or not depends on how it's made, so hard to say really.

I so hope they would do some things a bit differently from the movie storylines.. That would make the worlds more interesting.

Star Wars should be involved, but in a simaler manner as Final Fantasy. Bring in some of the franchises characters and elaments, but no Star Wars worlds. Same thing with Marvel.
