True, but still, there's no surprise anymore. Although it isn't in a way worse way like it was for Shulk/Bowser Jr., but still. Oh well, at least the trailer will still be funny and cool to watch.

 

Same here. I'd love seeing Lucas and Wolf coming back too. If they did a DLC character trailer with the cut characters who are returning, that'd be awesome, although i doubt it unless its a newcomer DLC Character.

4 games in the Smash series and we still didn't get Simon Belmont from Castlevania

 

I mean come on aside from Symphony of the Night,some Ps2 games and the Lord of Shadows games most Castlevania games were on Nintendo systems heck the GBA and DS had a lot of Castlevania games and since we had the NES Castlevania trilogy and Super Castlevania 4 on the SNES you'd think that Simon Belmont would be considered at some point

Castlevania has been a part of Nintendo's history ever since the NES and I don't think Simon's chain whip is any less violent than the one Sheik has or the swords that over 10 characters in Smash Bros use

Xenoblade is really dark and violent for a Nintendo game, but Shulk got in. I think Simon Belmont would be really cool. I haven't played Castlevania aside from the first, but it definitely feels like a Nintendo game.

That's up for Konami to decide, though. That's why no Castlevania stuff was in Brawl since Snake filled their representation quota, but idk why they abstained from SSB4.Not meaning to say I don't think Simon Belmont wouldn't work or anything since I think he'd be a really legit ranged fighter, but again it's not Sakurai's fault unless he has a personal vendetta against the Medusa heads.

Yeah, same goes for Mother 3, it's really dark and edgy(although its still somewhat quirky) for a Nintendo game, and Lucas got into Brawl. I wouldn't mind seeing Simon join the fight.

Even EarthBound got relatively dark in terms of a Nintendo game towards the end.

Yeah,Earthbound is a lot darker then you'd expect and it gets REALLY creepy toward the end.

I'll say it once more; Sakurai managed to shut up the Ridley and Mewtwo beggars. Though I must admit what he did with Ridley was the smartest thing he ever did. It's technically a playable character, just with a ton of limits. 

 

Moving that out of the way... Too many things I noticed in the trailer so I'll leave my reactions in a nutshell:

 

(Not counting the end of this, should be obvious).

 

Brb, debating if I should buy both just for the OST and Mewtwo, and then selling the game on eBay.

2Late 2015?Well it's none of my business but did you get your Ps4 early for KH3?If that's why you can't get a Wii U it's understandable but that's gonna take a loong while to come and the Wii U can be found at  a very cheap price at some places .....heck a used one will cost even less

And yeah, I mostly got my PS4 for FFXV at the time, when we all thought it was coming late 2014, KHIII, and inFAMOUS. I'm satisfied with it, but I always have wanted a Wii U...

Oh. My. S**T. THIS WAS F***ING AMAZING! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD I was like gasping and fanboying out throughout this whole direct, it was crazy. Freaking, im so hyped for 8 player Smash, the stage bosses(mostly Ridley and Metal Face), and THE KID ICARUS CODECS! The other new features and stages look great too, although i'm not really hyped for Smash tour though. But either way, this looks awesoooooome. This is definitely going to make Wii U sell ridiculously well, without a doubt. Also, dat Bowser Jr. trailer is epic. I guess we're getting Duck Hunt later on then though.

YES MEWTWO, THIS IS EPIC! Although, this kind of sucks for Roy fans though, if Sakurai hadn't put Lucina, they might've actually brought him back. Oh well. :

And YEEEEEEEEES, LUCAS AND WOLF (and i think Snake too) HAVE A CHANCE TO COME BAAAAAAAACK! Also, i'm guessing Mewtwo's new FS is gonna be Mega Evolution, since that's what it is for Lucario and Charizard.

 

Also, finally the Ridley fans can shut up, since he's not playable officially. Now they know how it felt for the Chrom fans with that he's still in the game, just not playable.

Dude ever since I saw Cia in Hyrule Warriors And to an extent Tharja in Fire Emblem Awakening I was like:Welp gone are the days of the family friendly Nintendo I guess.

 

I mean those are things that I literally expected them to censor but I guess their work with Platinum on Bayonetta 2 might've opened their eyes.....or maybe extended their dicks an extra centimeter Lol
