I honestly hope the online play won't be laggy like Brawl was, but man every time I watch a trailer for this game my hype goes up!

I've never had lag issues in Brawl, so I wouldn't know about that myself.

The lag on Brawl was so bad for me it only ever connected me to someone else once and the battle had like a 2 second input delay. I never tried to go online with it again.

Well, we got 136 new screenshots of Smash Bros. 4, both Wii U and 3DS version:

 

 

Just a warning, most of these are of the 3 characters that were shown in the recent reveal trailer. A.K.A. CF, Robin and Lucina. Also, 10:16 gave me "Think of this as an adventure" Meme vibes.

I tried to play Brawl online twice and it was unplayable,there's a delay everytime I was hitting a button.It wasn't as bad when I was doing  matches against friends,but it was still unplayable and I hope they fix this in Smash 4

 

 

For the first time ever, I present to you…the main menu for the 3DS version!! The icons are even animated. The design concept may look similar if you've played other games I've worked on. But we had a hard time making this one because…

 

The bottom screen displays pictures matching each mode! This was quite a task for the UI (User Interface) designers, but they made it happen. Kudos to them! You can tap the screen to look up additional info like how to play--complete with diagrams.

All the menus from Melee up (As far as I know) and Kid Icarus Uprising have the same person, so they are pretty similar in design, but it does look closer to KI:U, since it has less options.

Same here. It's been 2 weeks since the reveal, even tho today is the 25th MOther anniversary, no news on Ness or Lcuas(although that's cause its a sunday and no miiverse post. Sakurai got off lucky,

Right. Here's hoping he does something, but i'm pretty sure he's gonna just post some little detail about the game, and not a veteran reveal. If we get a Ness/Lucas reveal by luck, i will be happy tho.

Please we don;t wanna go through this discussion again.Sure Sora's appearance in Smash Bros would make a lot of sense considering the game itself.But getting him to be in the game is a pain to do so with Disney's licensing rules and the fact that Disney's licenses are very expensive to begin so it's not even worth it to go after Sora at this point especially since Sakurai would need to contact both Nomura and Disney

 

Also the game is already amazing as it is so Sora's addition won't change that much

Aaaand I just felt the nostalgia.....FINALLY A PAPER MARIO STAGE....hopefully the Wii U version will get a similar stage

I shall claim the game on 3DS.

Game is looking to be a really top selling game all unique characters and smash moves maybe there is still hope for me to get this game still

Is it strange if I feel like the 3DS is getting better stages compaired to the Wii U? Besides about 3 stages, i couldn't care less about the rest on the Wii U.
