If you think about it, 1.5 consists of Kingdom Hearts, and the games in between KHI and KHII (And those 2 games in between would literally be "1.5"because… well, it's in between). So, if you follow, it's technically be 1.5, despite being 2 games in between. Now, 2.5 won't really "2.5" because BbS is more of a ".5" because it becomes before KHI. I forgot the other game (probably Re:Coded) that gonna be in it, but it's still not really 2 and a half. So, again, if you follow, the name doesn't really make sense hahaha. Just something I thought on the way to my dad's work with him

well there is coded and its the games leading to kh3 like bbs leading up to not chronological and who knows maybe nomura will throw a curve ball like 3d nothings been confirmed so you never know

Well. it makes sense, because BBS has more in common with KH2 then 1, and it wouldn't be good marketing to have 3 games with the first colleciton, and only 1 game and 2 movies with the second one.

 

It was only because of marketing that we get BBS and KH2 in the same colleciton even though the name is 2.5.

I don't even think BBSv2 is still being made. And I think "2.5" will be KH2, BBS, and Re Coded, with DDD being the most likely game to be made into it's own singular HD game...

I think of it like this

 

KH2 = 2

KHBBS = 0.5

KH Re:Coded = 2.5

 

2 + .5 = 2.5

Have you ever tried playing the games in chronological order? New players would play Birth by Sleep and most likely would instantly wonder what the hell was going on.

Blank Points connects everything together, which is pretty much, in essence, 2.5.

Nothing can be done about though. Regardless of it makes sense or not Kingdom Hearts II Final Mix & Kingdom Hearts Birth by Sleep Final Mix must be remastered in HD for the PS3 with a Re:coded Theatre Edition.

Makes since to me. Re:coded is in between 2 and 3 and BBS's story spans a little into kingdom hearts 2's storyline and after.

I would much rather have bbs in 2.5 than coded, or DDD for that matter, But I would count BBS as a full game along with KH2.  I have never played it and really want too.

If Square Enix were to include DDD (Most likely cutscenes) they could include a 2nd disc.

I would change 1.5's name to 1.75 because the end of 358/2 days leads directly to the prologue of KH2...It's so close! Close enough to be 1.75! Haha!

It for sure can. PS3 games are Dual-Layered Blu-Ray discs with 50gb capacity. But I don't think they'll put in DDD because it's the most recent game (In America and Europe).
