The Final Fantasy X|X-2 remaster has a 30 minute drama after the completion of the second game. They released some audio of it today and it had Tidus saying

"It's been two years since Spira entered the Eternal Calm. I was given a new life. For an entire year, I was able to walk alongside Yuna. It was fun. It really was."

Then it has two girls named Chuami and Kurgum meeting up at a Blitzball stadium that's being built in Bevelle. and fangirling over Tidus, who they refer to by name.

Here's the whole thing with translation

Anyway, why is Tidus speaking about Yuna in past tense? Is she gone? Did they break up?

And why do these seemingly random, unimportant girls we've never heard of before have names?

Could they be setting up for another sequel? Are these girls relevant to the plot of said possible sequel? I think that's what's happening and I likr the idea, but I hope they don't botch it.

So are they setting up a X-3? Do you want a X-3?

Thought about putting options like "Sure, why not" and "As long as they don't screw it up" but I figured it didn't need that many options and that you guys would probably put things like that in your posts anyway.

Maybe X-3 is coming.

yeaahhhhhh......im not feeling it >_>

Not too sure how a X -3 would turn out  But I'd be all for FF X -1, where they follow through with the original plan of X-2 and make a prequel following the journey of Braska, Auron and Jecht ^_^

Maybe but eh I don't think so.

10 is perfect, dont mess with the perfect! :D

A prequel with Auron, Jecht and Braska, playing through their journey, would be epic.

finally someone else who agrees!!! :) i always think about that! it would be eeeepppppiicc ^__^

Maybe. Im not gonna spoil myself with the new secret ending until i get the remaster on PS3, but maybe they're? Considering how much they're milking XIII(which im SO HAPPY ABOUT) to stall for Nomura dragging his ass for XV, now they'll make a X-3 to stall for more time.

I'd rather prefer a X-0, a prequel about Auron and Jecht's journey though.

I really hope not. Dont drag the series when the main conflict has ended.

Nah, too late and it doesn't need another one.

It's okay with two games. The story has come to an end.

A X-3 really isn't necessary, since the story was closed nicely with X-2. Unless they decided to bring us a sequel to give themself even more time with FF XV, and this 30 minute drama, simply exists to create those mysteries, and destroy those nicely finished ties, so that a reason exists to bring a X-3, while the reason for a remake of this game, is to bring the original and its sequel to newer generations, so that they wouldn't be that lost when X-3 is released. Everything about that 30 minute drama, sounds quite suspicious.

I would be okay with a X-3 since X is one of my favorite FF games, but I really think they should focus in FFXV at the moment, if they want to release X-3, then do it after XV, which is what fans are asking for, since they have been waiting around a decade for Versus XIII/FFXV. THough seeing how SE is, if X-3 is release it would be before XV, so that Nomura gets even more time, to work on XV.

I want a IX-2 before seeing Tidus bitching about being from Zanarkand for the 038409480941049709251472 time
