Another uncontrollable habit is that I tend to feel more guilty then I actually should for little things. To me at the moment they just seem like I've done a big mistake and with the guilt besides the crying I want to punish myself by causing myself pain.

I can guarantee you I think about sex more than the average male is said to. Even though I have no sex drive. And consider myself asexual. And don't really want to have sex unless my partner wants to. Yeah.
