Where you just want to scream out what's bothering you inside your head to someone but know you can't unless if it upsets them and ruins your friendship with them? that's what im feeling right now, I just want to say something but know I can't out of fear of that happening but its not working either way for me since im still getting troubled by what it is I want to say from inside my head so yeah, what should I do :[?

Yes that feeling is one of the worst. Go get a sheet of paper and write all of it down and don't stop writing until you are satisfied. Even add little doodles in the margins. Wait a few days and confront your friend about how you are feeling. It is important to communicate otherwise you will feel hurt and your friend won't know what is up. Just say "hey, this has been bothering me recently blah blah"

What others have said might work and over thinking things in sleepless nights can do the trick! But that is only if you can come to terms with the situation without outside help. Even though it might be possible with what you are describing, it could be difficult.

 

In the end, I would suggest if it bothers you to no end, and it if has to do with someone else. Reason if the bother is greater than the worst possible outcome you can see happening by telling the person. And also if it is the person themselves bothering you, ask yourself if being their friend is worth getting bothered like this?

A lot of time yes, but that's why I have very little to no friends so I don't have to deal with that stuff as much anymore.

Ah, yes. That feeling. Whew, not a fun place to be.

For me, when I have something difficult to say to someone, I try to do it without my emotions running the show. I try to be factual about how I feel and while I describe how I feel, I try not to display how I feel. It can help avoid saying something in the heat of the moment that you could regret later. Also, rehursing what you want to say or writing it down will both help the tension a little and give you an oportunity to figure out the best way to say something.

I do this because I know that my control when I'm frustrated is very poor. The more I keep my anger, hurt feelings or whatever to the side, the more I can actually communicate rather then rant.

I hope that at least part of this was helpful. I'll be praying for you, man.

Ok all these people have great advice not saying they don't but that just doesn't work for me. I have to get it out of my system or else I go crazy. I have to box or go on a run, scream, anything. I can't just let it out of paper and feel satisfied, based on your last statement it looks like you already spilled the beans so I guess the best you can do is hope your friend understand where you are coming from. Going to talk to them face to face is the best I don't care what people say about texting or whatever face to face is the only way to really confront your problem. If you said something in your message you regret or wish you would have worded differently apologize and explain calmly what has been bothering you, if you have a good friend they will understand.

But keeping things inside you is really bad because when something else happens that annoys you, the way you'll react will be worse than the way you would if you told your friend. So tell him/her. I've been in this situation so many times with a friend of mine and I didnt want to tell her :/ If she/he is a real friend he will listen to her. Just try being calm while talking so he/she will want to listen to you :)

Don't worry, I'm sure you'll be able to tell people about how you feel. You just need to relax, believe in yourself, and trust other people, like me for example.
