Will it end the adventure of Sora? Will it show sora or riku passing the key blade down to some young kids too?

Keep it going unlike ff, and mass effect!!!

Nomura confirmed it's not the end and that Sora will always be the main protagonist.

I'd like to see that info, all I've heard was that the xehanort saga would end but nutin about sora remaining the main protagonist.

There will allways be Sora. KH is Soras story pretty much.

It's been said many time in multiple interviews...guys are even keeping up with the news(no pun or rhythim intended)

Nomura has said many times that Sora will always be the main protagonist for the series regardless of Xehanort's existence.

So basically,no more 3 playthroughs of the same worlds with three characters and no more side tales(Thank God)

Derp.... After remembering as much as I could I now remember him saying that -.-

This question will be asked every single time until the release of Kingdom Hearts 4 I assume -_-

That's not even close to the same point. Sora being the main protagonist has been the case for the past 11 years. The story ocassionally needs to go off somewhere else... protagonist does not necessarily equal the character you're playing as. But rather, the positive character that the story revolves around. You might have gone off and played as three different characters in Birth by Sleep. but they served the purpose of giving better background to SORA'S story. You might have played as Roxas for a whole game, but only to fill in a gap in SORA'S story. You played as Riku in Dream Drop Distance, but his story revolved around protecting SORA.

Nomura saying "Sora will always be the main protagonist" isn't saying "You will only play as Sora in the next saga". Not even remotely close to saying that.

There is a difference between the "MAIN" protagonist and supportive Protagonist.

Terra,Aqua and Ven are supportive protagonist, they're not supposed to take all the attention away from the main character, yet Nomura seems to overglorify their rules.

And I'm sorry, the whole "You need two hearts to wield two keyblades" is so stupid and unnessessary.Since when do you need a second heart to wield a sword. The Keyblade, regardless of how Legendary it is,is still a sword.By that logic Gilgamesh needs six hearts to wield a keyblade in each hand.

They could've made it as something that you get by experience and developing skills, but NOPE.They had to shove it there just to give Ventus more attention than he really needed

Ventus's existence is even more pointless than any of the main characters. He's there just to have a tragic fate,be sad about him, save him and that's it.The plot could've gone normally without Ventus. And Xehanort's expertment on him and Vanitas is proved pointless by Master Xehanort himself in KH3D when he outright ADMITTED that he knew before hand that fusing Ventus and Vanitas isn't the real way to forge the X-Blade.

Ever since BBS I still having people(outside KH13 that is) that always tell me that Those three should've been the main characters of the series and how they should replace Sora with them.

I'm not hating on Terra,Aqua and Ven...I just only like Terra out of those three

And speaking of multiple stories in terms of gameplay, that is just being repetitive

One of my biggest issues in BBS is that almost everyone visit the exact same location and sometimes they fight the exact same boss(You fight the Magic Mirror TWICE,even though only Terra really needed to fight it)

And they barely add any new sections for each character to visit to at least feel different in each playthrough, maybe one or two for one character but mostly you're visiting the same places three times

You can say that it's an excuse for the Multiplayer, but it's really not, they could've just had a character selection screen there like in 3582 Days multiplayer. They could've easily fitted all three in one long playthrough and then have you select who you want after finishing the game to do the grinding instead of forcing you to play through the game three times with barely anything changing except for the plot that is being told by a character's perspective

I like how the only part of your post that has anything to do with mine is... none of it. Did you quote the wrong person or something?

I like how the only part of your post that has anything to do with mine is... none of it. Did you quote the wrong person or something?

That's because your post is randomly put to the point I didn't know which point to answer

And speaking of giving a better background of Sora's story....WHAT BACKGROUND!!!

All of what we've seen about Sora in BBS is him and Riku playing around and how Riku got his keyblade from Terra....that does not add ANYTHING to Sora's story except the fact that he saved Ventus with his newly born heart back then

I still know nothing about Sora's past during the time between BBS and KH1 other than what's been given by expositions in KH1 and KH2

Those stories could've been summarized and fitted into flashbacks while cutting some the moments that doesn't serve the plot

Yess those guys are connected to Sora and he's the only one who can save them....but that could've been shown in later entries in DDD through some exposition from Yen Sid who NEVER BOTHERED TO TELL SORA AND RIKU ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED 10 YEARS AGO

Sora will still be a Main Protagonist in future games and always become a Prophet in KH games,lol...
