well according to Shimomura-san last interview, she said that she will going to remaster the OST for KH2 if they're going to make KH2.5HD

 

for me I wan't all KH2 songs and all characters theme from BbS to be remaster, I think she won't remaster re:coded OST since she already did for KHBbS&Days OST

For me the original soundtrack of KH2 is perfect and I don't want it to be remastered

 

I could care less about BBS tracks being remastered since Birth by Sleep is my least favorite in the series so I won't care if it's soundtrack got remastered

My main hope, which probably won't happen, is an extended version of "Showdown at Hallow Bastion." Ya know, that theme that plays right before the thousand heartless fight.

I would have preferred to fight the Heartless to that. Trust me though, it'll be fully orchestrated and when real instruments are used all hell'll break lose because the MIDI sound files are apparently ten times better than a complete symphony.

It was an amazing theme to be sure, then again almost everything in KH2 was amazing. Except for finny fun...someone stab me, because I don't want to suffer through that again.

I especially want all the Twilight Town themes redone... imagine Lazy Afternoons or Afternoon Streets redone with real instruments ? Oh my god... eargasm.

Um, they are. Get a grip.

Everything. Basically, I want everything on this game done with the same amount of effort put into I.5, maybe even more. Since I'm not too sure if Re:CoM got any remastered music, I'm hoping that BbSFM and Re:Coded have a lot of amazing remastered music. On the topic of Re:Coded, if it's going to be cutscenes, I do hope they show a lot more than the already fully rendered ones, because there was like, 10 of those or something. And I really hope they don't cop out and just make all of the in between stuff those still images with the text, just show MOST of the in-world cutscenes and leave a few spots for that filler space. I also hope that everyone in Birth by Sleep Final Mix has some up-scaled models to fit the PS3, those geometric shapes were driving me crazy.

The Other Promise,Deep Anxiety, Cavern of Remembrance, Unversed Boss themes and Terra's Theme

Everything except Re:Coded. Or just everything. 

I hope they do it like they did HD 1.5 Remix. I really do want to hear new versions of old favorites.
