What seasons do you think 2.5 will be released in japan and for the rest of the world?

Posted

I mean, one on hand, the games in this collection are more recent(KH2FM is only 6 years old, so im sure they still have data on that game, BBSFM is only 3 years old, and Re:Coded is jsut a remaster of the cutscenes) but on another, they have to translate both 2FM and BBSFM so thatll take more time. Also they have to create a more indepth story for RE:Coded to work as a set of HD Story videos. But since the gmaes are more recent, i figured maybe it wouldnt take as long to finish this HD remaster as with 1.5. I think in japan itll come out in early 2014 and for us, in mid 2014.

Yea i think for Japan it will be early because for 1.5 most of the data was corrupt for kingdom hearts final mix. So all they really need to do is translate some stuff and make re:coded cinematic and they will be done. Hopefully it wont be to long till we get are version. I'm going to go out on a limb and say that Japan...mid february release. Everywhere else....somewhere between April and May

I figure it'll it come out in September again. They don't have the same problem as they did in Kh1 so it should be easier now.  Maybe translating bbs to ps could take a while? October as the latest though.

keep in mind that they have to make Birth by Sleep to look good on a PS3 because it was a PSP game so that might take some time same with updating Kingdom Hearts 2 as well as make more clips for Re:coded which shouldn't take that much time I wouldn't think but again you have to wonder so I say it will take some time I say we will probably get a new trailer with a release date for Japan on it at Jump Festa and then we will probably lean the release date for other areas I'd say probably around the same time we learned the release date for 1.5

I'm pretty sure KH2.5 is supposed to have a world-wide release,so I'm guessing it will be released by April or May 2014.

BBS FM will take a bit longer only because they have to go through the process of porting it to the PS2 (apparently there is a development tool for relatively easy porting from PSP to PS2) before even starting to remaster it for PS3.  Everything else on it should be easier since Re:Coded has a lot less story to tell than Days and KH2FM shouldn't have as much lost assets (if any) as KHFM did which should cut down on time.  That said I'm guessing same release timeline as 1.5

I am guessing Japan will get it sometime in March or April and other regions in June or July BUT seriously whatever the release date is, I just hope it's before September.

Seeing that theyve started work with it recently im assuming japan gets it during end side of next spring while other world would get it 5-7 months later.

There is a rumor that'll it'll be a worldwide release, but I highly doubt it...

II.5 will probably come out in Japan in March April or May

For USA (usa, usa, usa!... No!) probably July or SEPTEMBER!

Considering it's already been announced Globally for 2014, I'm thinking that America and Japan and Europe might all get it at the same time. The fact that they're willing to announce it globally at the very start tells me that it might very well be close to finished already.

Might be as early as Spring, might be as late as Fall who knows.

Wait, so itll have a WORLD WIDE RELEASE, AS IN, ALL REGIONS IN THE WORLD WILL GET THE GAME ON THE SAME MONTH? WHERE HAS THAT BEEN SAID?

It hasn't been confirmed, but it is a logical jump. The sources say that it "launches globally 2014". That could mean all at the same time, or different launches throughout 2014. But it might actually be safe to assume we're getting it at the same time. Don't quote me on that.

Optimistically, sounds about right. I mean, we got 1.5 in a year and one month after we got DDD, so something like this to be announced so soon (I just finished 1.5) likely means they are a good deal ready...

I just noticed that there were THIRTEEN MONTHS between the two most recent Kingdom Hearts releases...should I be concerned?
