Nintendo have announced Pokemon X and Pokemon Y for the Nintendo 3DS. They will both be released worldwide on October 12, 2013.

 

Just got my copy of Pokemon X at my local K-Mart I just had to ask if they had a copy and they sold me one just like that!!!! So as I have the game now I won't be on here much to keep you guys away from spoilers

I suggest you could give it back because those who got the copy are either getting sued or your K-Mart is going to probably get shut down.

Wisconsin, a quiet peaceful area, and the guy told me that I was 13th person to get there game around my area! I picked Chespin as my starter! I'm probably going to be gone now until everyone here has there game, to avoid spoilers

I actually got FFXIII-2 6 days before it's release when the street date got broke(Note:I live in K.S.A and I got it from a store called Tokyo games)

Yeah my K-Mart store is doing poorly with sales, so really  it was easy to get my copy early. Ok My Chespin is now at level 11, and I caught a Pikachu who is at level 9 and a Fletching at level 7

I'm going to really ask my brother to check a local game place for the game. 

Because this entire generation was to hook old fans back onto the games and even in the Anime. Also they could do it for the profit gain.

Okay I gave in and saw the final evolution of Chespin's evolved form. It looks way better than Fennekin's evolved form at least.

 

So heres my opinion...

 

Fennekin Evolved Form: 3/10

Froakies Evolved Form: 6/10

Chespin's Evolved Form: 7/10

 

I think it's official, they have messed up on the Final Evolutions. I mean...seriously? Was it that hard? 

Can you explain why you think that?  I honestly don't get it.  To me Chespin's is ugly and Fennekin's okay, but the fire/physic type totally makes up for that.

I find Fennekin's evolved form's stature a bit awkward. It has a small face, overgrown ear hair and has a gigantic rag. It also doesn't use the staff I wanted, so it was a big dissapointment to me. I guess the wand was used as a tool and then once it fully evolves it is able to use powers with its mind but I still hoped they would've done a more better job than having Fennekin-Gardevoir mix. 

 

Chespin's evolution looks kind of cool to me. It could've been better but it looks like a robo-tank and I just happen to like it.

 

Froakie's evolution seems like the best out of them all, it's the lesser of the 3 evils. 

 

But they are all growing on me now, and I am starting to enjoy them more by looking through the fanart depicting them. I believe the poor quality 3D non-motionless animation really made them look bad. I'm going to wait for the official art and see it in-game by myself before I fully judge them all. I'm still going to get Fennekin.

The FirePsychic type is unique,so far only Victini was FirePsychic until now.

 

I expected Fenniken's final evo to look like this since it resembles a mage.....my only complain is that it lacks a hat made of Fire

Alright I just beat Viola the first gym leader she was actually tough! The music for the gym leaders is truly a masterpiece so far having a great time.

So as the leak states, it's name is Delphox, which appears to be a portmanteau of Delphi and Fox.  Delphi is the place in ancient Greece where there was the most famous oracle, who predicted the future.  If that doesn't yell Psychic type into your ear at full blast, then I don't know what will.  Delphi was also the place where there was a temple to Apollo, the sun god.  The oracle was supposedly possessed by the sun god, allowing them to see the future, which in my opinion is an absolutely perfect design choice for a Fire/Psychic type, as it seems to be.  I'm not so sure of the ear fur, but it appears to look more like fire than ever.  Also a robe would make sense considering the oracles probably wore something similar.  It appears to me that everyone is annoyed over it not being a wizard, and while I respect your opinion, I will say that you probably shouldn't have stuck so close to a design idea before anything was shown or leaked.

Though I would've liked the witch idea,I'm still completely fine with all three starters

 

But that's been happening since Gen 3.....people yell at the designs and hate them but after a while the design grow up on them and they end up using it

 

And honestly,if the Pokemon was useful throughout the game will you care that much about the design if it had a great move pool and great stats???

 

I know those designs aren't the best but they're still good and it keeps up with the theme of the game that Matsuda has chosen.

 

Yeah Chespin's final evo might look like Bowser but it's still can be good to use Unlike Meganium

Why? In general, just freaking out ignorance of how they look, or what their moves appear to be?

Appearance: not my favorite. Fenikin's final evo has a disproportionate head to the ear flame and body, making it look kinda ridiculous to thinkof it as a psychic type, IMO, but whatever. That's my only quirk. Chespin's final is... Intresting. Seems more gen5 ish in design, like a grass type of that generation in the sprite, and reminds me of a large knight's armor, like in FE:A that had that one knight with the oversized armor, and makes him look a little to big on top; I almost expect it to fall down at any second. Froakie's final is... Decent. It has the same issue with disproportional parts like the others with the way the toung is done to look like an oversized scarf, as attempt to make him look like a bamf, which backfires in a big way. If they fixed the proportions the designs wouldn't be so bad visually. For a visual score, this group gets a 3/10, Chespin in the middle, Fenikin at the end, Froakie at the top, and ending in a equal score of three.

 

Combatitive-wise, they look very good. Some if the attacks look intresting, and almost like signature attacks: something starters normally lack completely. The pools look from what we see, and make me interested in their stats and individual specialtys that make them Gen Six pokemon and actually envoke a spark of intrigue and churiosity in me;most pokemon don't do that for me in the begining, even starters, so for that alone I give them an overall 7.5 out of 10 in the combat ability I've seen thus far.

 

Overall: 5/10 for total combined score. I know it seems superficial to like. Pokemon on its appearance alone, but we don't bond as trainers to the stats and numbers by themselves-the visual aspect of the pokemon is important to a bonding in game. People may think that bonding with pokemon is stupid, but who cares? We do what we want as trainers. So take in the visual when rating a Pokemon as well! Once I have the ability to play with them myself, I will revise my ratings and post subsequently afterward!

Let's think about the Anime. What pokemon do you suppose Ash might get first?

Okay, now I wanna start with Fennikin.....

 

 

Also, they should give ash froakie first. 'Bout time he has a water starter that can evolve!!!!
