PIXAR is an amazing company that left a mark on us, well most of us, I guess.

The first 6 films were the ons who marked Pixar and us as well, but the company started to decrease their quality around 'Cars 2' and Brave wasn't the best Pixar movie. That's understandble, because the movie had to be rushed because of some trouble that happened during yhopse years - canceled movies, fired directors, loss of actors, etc...

But it's a relief to know that they got back in track after releasing 'Monsters University' and they made a halloween special of Toy Story!

A shame is that Pixar takes way too long to produce a movie, esepcially when it is a SEQUEL! I mean, Toy Story 1 was released around 1995 and the third Toy Story movie came out in 2010!

Monsters, Inc. came out in 2001 and Monsters University came out in 2013... that's way too long, right?

And Pixar is not listetning to the fans by not making sequels that people have been dying to watch for almost a decade! I mean, Monsters, Inc and The Incredibles need a sequel! It is possible to have a second movie with the '2' on it! The Incredibles can easily have a sequel! It's a super-hero movie, anything can happen'!

I don't thnik that Nemo needs a sequel, but I'm curious of what they are gonna bring.

It has been rumored that a Toy Story 4 is on their work, but come on! I love Toy Story, but it's over! The toys have found a new home! Such thing as toons or holiday specials are great, but a forth movie... eh, probably not.

Pixar wants to make a third Cars movie and that is going to be the biggest mistake ever! The first one was good, the second one was... not-so-good? I enjoyed it, but it's one of those movies that we can only watch once or twice and never speak of it ever again.

Somethign weird that I've noticed about Pixar... Their movies make way more money than Disney's movies and are well known by anone. Who doesn't know who Buzz Lightyear or Sulley are? I never found anyone who never heard of those characters.. or even Nemo!

Monsters University made almost 800 millions of Box Office and many people wanted to see their favorite monsters back on the big screen, but the movie isn't getting any attention... I don't see anyone talking about it or making videos with it. Even with the toys, plushies, publicity and Disney Infinity. I mean, Pixar worked really hard on this movie! "Each frame of the film took an average of 29 hours to render, and were one single computer with one single processer to try to render the film, it would take it over 10,000 years."

Another thinb that I've noticed is that... the movies that are sequels get along better than a fresh movie.

Didn't Ellen confirm there is going to be a sequel to finding Nemo? I believe it's Finding Dory? I forget...

She did, but She's like, the ONLY returning cast member in it.

What? So, the other characters are goign to get new voice actors? How is that possible? I mean, Pixar was able to get in tocuh with Toy Story actors since 1999 for Toy Story 3 of 2010 and with the Monsters, Inc. actors, too!

Pixar was aquired by Disney so it doesn't really matter if their movies do make more than Disney.  Disney is worth 103.96 billion dollars and bought Pixar for 7.4 billion.  Additionally, if there's someone on this planet who doesn't know who Mickey Mouse is, I'll be shocked.

I think the length of time between Toy Story 3 and 2 wasn't that they were taking ages to make it.  They just hadn't thought about making a third part for years.  Same with Monster's University.  In Monster's Inc they say stuff along the lines of "You've been jealous of me since fourth grade" so they obviously weren't thinking about a University prequel.

Toy Story 4 sounds like a hopeful rumor to me.  Toy Story 3 ended it nicely to drag another one out is just milking the franchise.

Far as I know Finding Dory is confirmed but honestly I don't like the sound of it.  Unless she's going on a journey and finding herself and inner peace or whatever it just sounds like a clone of the first with her in Nemo's place (like Little Mermaid 2)

didn't that one guy pass away?

Fool. The reason Monsters University was made years after, because the original targeted audience for Monsters Inc. was going to be in college at the time of Monsters University's release.

No Marlon and Nemo is back.

Pixar did not originally want to make sequels. They only made Toy Story 2 because Disney was (unintentionally) screwing it up. You thought things were bad behind the scenes of Brave? lol Toy Story 2 is when things started REALLY getting bad between Pixar and Disney. It was really only in the past 5 years that Pixar decided to hop on the sequel train with their 2 movies every other year plan (1 original movie and 1 continuation movie). Who knows what state that plan is in now though. The main reason that there is no Incredibles 2 is because of the original director and creator Brad Bird. He simply doesn't have a story for it, and he's busy with live action movies currently. While this wouldn't matter to other studios (they would just get a different director), Brad Bird is close friends with John Lasseter, the head of animation, so they won't be touching the Incredibles anytime soon.As for why Monsters University isn't getting much attention... I don't quite know myself, I personally enjoyed it, but I might I have some guesses. Pixar is at its best when it takes an odd concept, puts some heart into it, and makes a movie out of it (just like how Disney is at its best when it tells a fairy tale-esque musical). Now there are exceptions of course, but this is just a general statement. For example, Brave was okay, but it felt more like a Disney movie than Pixar, so it didn't fit. Toy Story 2 & 3 took its original concept and expanded on it, thus why they did well. Cars 2 was essentially a spy movie, that just happened to be in a world of cars, it didn't seamlessly flow from the first Cars movie. Same with Monsters University. It was a great college movie, but it really didn't NEED to happen in the world of Monsters Inc. and so felt forced. It's okay though. Not trying to put down Monsters University or Pixar, but that movie isn't even in the same league as Frozen, who is owning like 99% of everything that it is nominated for. Definitely a shame The Good Dinosaur got pushed back to 2015, but every animated film better be at its best if it is coming out the same year as How To Train Your Dragon 2.

The movie didn't fell forced, not really. Nothin' was rushed or sounded bad on the movie. Pixar worked REALLY hard on that movie and the final confrotation between Sulley and Mike was just amazingly done! Also, it was a great thing to see our favorite monsters back to the bgi screen. You still didn't explain why it didn't get any attention.

Yeah, Brave didn't feel like Pixar, but more of Disney.

Even if there was a struggle between Disney and Pixar during Toy Story 2, the movie still came out perfectly.

For Toy Story? The voice of Slinky passed away in 2000. His good friend, Blake Clarke, actually performed the voice for Slinky in Toy Story 3. I don't think any of the actors for Monsters Inc. or Finding Nemo passed.

Disney purchased Pixar Animation Studios in 2006. Since they work together I doubt it matters who makes more money.

It was awesome when Monster's University released when it did......I had just graduated and it felt like a tribute/present for the years to come and the memories that passed x'D

Finding Nemo does have a second movie called Finding Dory that is coming out around 2016. Ellen is returning as the original voice actress for Dory and I believe Marlin is in it as well (same voice actor).

I've also heard about the Toy Story 4 rumor. I was happy with the ending they gave us in Toy Story 3 because it felt like we were saying goodbye as well. I'd curious to see what they would have in mind though since Bonnie owns the gang now.

As for the rest of the Pixar movies, I love them all and enjoy each one (except Ratatouille.....it was meh).

I don't understand why a lot of people hate Cars so much .-. It's clever, funny, and interesting.

I said I didn't know why lol I liked itI liked the characters returning to the big screen definitely! I'm just saying the college aspect of the movie didn't really add anything. The last sequel/prequel that Pixar made was Cars 2, and that didn't do well. Even though Toy Story 2 & 3 were great, people base their opinions on the most recent product, so maybe that's why? idkIt does suffer from being a prequel though. The conflict between Mike and Sulley is fun, but it wasn't anything to fret about. We knew they would eventually become best friends, so the fighting had no weight. Again, I DON'T KNOW.Regardless, I would LOVE to have Monster Inc. in KH3, just not Monsters University.

I feel like it's going to be Dory's back story, before she met Marlin and Nemo and everyone else. But I haven't read anything on the movie so I could be way wrong.

Monsters, Inc. would fit KH3 perfectly! I read that a lot of people wnat M.U to be in Kh3 because they have this desire of exploring the campus, but if you wanna explore the campus and stuff... just get Disney Infinity with Monsters University playset.

I can imagine what hilarious forms Donald would turn Sora, Goofy and himself into by making them as monsters. He he. Sulley could be a party member and Mike a NPC? It could have 2 bosses, besides the hearltess ones, of course - Randall and Mr. Waternoose. And that part of the mvoie which si full of doors, where they climb, get in and out.... could be cool for a boos fight. I mean, Sora can fly, can't him? At east a little.

A backstory of Dory could be cool, but that couldn't make a 1 hour movie, could it? I mean, everyone wants to see Nemo and all of the other character back, not just Dory and her past members.

Who knows, maybe it could be her as a baby fish and stuff and her going on her own little adventure. Personally I don't care how they go about this movie because I was never a big fan of Finding Nemo anyway

And Finding Nemo wasn't fantastic: it had its faults.

Yep. It doesn't help I was forced to watch it during every movie day at school, that's all people would bring in, so it was good the first time but now it's just ehh

Yeah, I didn't watch it a lot as a kid and I'm not interested to see it anytime soon.
