Have you ever stopped to think that HD 2.5 ReMIX might not be released as early as we thought?

yes I have, because we don't have a release date or even a time frame for its release yet

Yeah, I was expecting a March release in Japan and a September release in NA, that is clearly not going to happen,

On the bright side, maybe the lack of a confirmed release date is a sign that they intend to release it simultaneously worldwide like they did with Re:Coded?

I have been thinking about that. I figured they'd announce a release date by now, and they haven't. I'm kind of losing faith that this game will be released in 2014 at all, at least internationally. I dunno.

The didn't do that for Re:coded sadly I hope it`s a simultaneous though!

Well seeing has they didn't give a Japan release date back during Jump Festa I kinda guessed it would be later than we hoped and that hopefully we will get a release date announce hopefully in March if not then I'm going to guess that the release of this game will be very close to each other like Japan will get it first obviously and then maybe a week or so later the rest of the world will get it or maybe they will release it all on the same day but yeah hoping for a release date soon.

True.

They're simply delaying the Japanese release. English version is coming faster, they aren't going to delay it this time.

I have always thought it would be released later in the year. 1.5 was released in March in JP and Sept. In NA. Since this will be WW, I figured it would be closer to July or August.

All I know is it truly can't get here soon enough.

Any other option ? Like : "I don't care at all" ? 

If the release date isn't confirmed before E3 then I'd expect it to be revealed at E3.

 

It's still only February we have 10 more months before the year ends and they could announce the date any day now. I'm not keeping myself awake at night thinking when it'll be here because it's just a HD collection of games I already own.

 

Although, I do think that the game probably will aim for a release date similar to 1.5's (except for the Japanese release because March is too soon).

I think it'll be released this summer in Japan and late 2014 in Europe and the US.

Chances are, Square Enix has run into some technical difficulties while producing Kingdom Hearts 2.5 HD ReMIX.

 

This could be a result of the adapted cut-scenes for KH Re Coded, the transition of KH Birth By Sleep Final Mix from PSP to PS3, and/or the countless data changes for KH 2 Final Mix.

 

Either way, I'll just continue to play KH 1.5 HD ReMIX for quite some time to come -- that is, until they FINALLY announce a Release Date for 2.5 & KH3!!

I am guessing the English version's release date will be the same (September) but the Japanese release date definitely cannot be March so it will get pushed to April or May. I still have to 100% complete COM and then I'll be done with KH 1.5 fully. 

Yup. Doesn't bother me much though. They can take as long as they want.
