Mine would have to be the Adult Split in the Era of the Hero of Winds and the New World.  Why? Because three of my highest rated Zelda titles fall in this timeline. Plus I love the way the story pieces together in it. This Timeline can easily be followed whether or not you refer to the Historia.

I like the one they haven't revealed yet where the failed hero timeline goes space age and a singularity in space ties all of the divergent timelines back together.

My favorite zelda game falls in the adult timeline which is Spirit Tracks.

What's the timeline split you are referring to?

The timeline without the Hero because I love Oracle of Age and Seasons. Those games had good music, especially Ages with Nayru's theme!

I like the oracle games beucase they are direct sequels of each other and both are direct sequels of a Link to the Past.

The one with Wind Waker and Spirit tracks

If zeldaU takes place in either splits in the timeline that timeline will be my favorite for sure.

The adult era, since Wind Waker and Phantom Hourglass are two of my three favorite games in the whole series (My second favorite is Skyward Sword, but the others from that part of the timeline aren't my favorites exactly).

The timeline that Skyward Sword takes place in; I love the story of SS.

My favourite "part" is where it splits.

My favourite branch of the Time Line, I would probably say the Child Era cause I like MM, and the vast open waters of the sea based games in the Adult era just makes me feel like I have a giant list of chores to complete and search through.

Whatever timeline is in "Ocarina of Time".

I liked Twilight Princess, so I guess I'm into the Child Link Timeline, but really I'm into all of them.
